Sandy took payment and left me sitting there without checking to see if pizza was ready on rack others were given pizza before I received mine while my pizza was already done.
They often mess up my order, and I struggled to get a refund the last time this happened. It seems like they need more staff, as most places do since the pandemic. I hope they do soon because I know how exhausting that can be, but I likely won’t order from here again
I tried ordering by phone but it was too busy, so I went to the store to order carry out instead. It was the greatest thing I've ever did. Nick was very courteous and had a nice disposition. He was very attentive and gave me cheap straight options for specials on what to order. I only had to wait 10 minutes, and then my pizza was ready considering I wanted it half with no tomato sauce, he gave me a free small one at no extra charge with no tomato sauce. Not too many people do that nowadays.
Order from here and then be sure to call to be sure they READ the directions you requested. I can't order from this location without something being incorrect. Whether it's the request on the crust. Or the way you requested to have it sliced. Something. It's ALWAYS something! Maybe one day they'll hire people who can read and follow simple instructions!?
Every Domino's, or chain restaurants have their issues (orders take 3 times as long, missing items, incorrect items, etc.). The make or break on the quality of a chain restaurant is definitely the manager who responds to any issues. This place at least has a manager that cares and tries to make up for errors to help the customer.
Sergio is THE best driver. I've had other drivers forget sodas, sauces, deliver wrong orders. But Sergio is the reason I have been a long-time customer and the reason I only order during certain times of the day. Sergio never forgets anything. Thank you.
I will never order from this location nor any other Domino's. I had a friend picked up my order which was already paid for. when he got there they didn't have my order. I called the store, the girl who answered the phone said I didn't place an order. I gave her my order # and told her it shows online that it had already been prepared. she argued with me, I asked for a manager, she lied and said she was the manager and hung up the phone on me.
First time i get disapointed by Domino. Two days ago bought 2 pizza, both had very light chese and the chicken alfredo had exactly 1 small cube of chicken on each slice. So chicken alfredo with no chicken....
Cold food. Don’t even know what this is that they delivered. Tastes really bad too. The food came out of the oven almost an hour before it was delivered to me. The picture attached is supposed to be “cinnamon bread twists”.Can’t get ahold of them on the phone for a refund. Thinking about driving to the store to try and get a refund in person but from the other reviews it doesn’t look like going there will be a very pleasant experience
Great customer service, always get a decent Pizza. $8.55 including tax for a carry-out 3 item, can't be beat! Better than the other location on Congress.
