The food and sauce options are all great, but there are a few things anyone should know before trying. For one, service is pretty slow, so make sure you make enough time for your meal. Secondly, the food is pricey. It is crabs, understandably, but even so, the 1/2 pound of snow crab legs can really cost a good buck and won't even completely fill you. Also, all the sodas are canned and there aren't free refills, which is a must for salty or spicy seafood. It's good for crabs, but perhaps avoid if time or money is a constraint in any fashion.
Place looks ok,but the food is extremely expensive. If you are going in to order take out, you must order at the reception! Yikes!I said I was ordering take out and having a beer! ..I couldn't sit at bar and order a beer, while ordering take out! ..I had to push back..Gave me a bad fishy taste, right there!
Fried oysters were delicious but felt like a snack. I left hungry and had to eat as soon as I got home. So, mixed review here and I'm too far away to go back. They could make it up to me by giving a free meal to the friend who lives in that town. Manager: let me know if you want her name.
The Boom sauce is the way to go. Tried the seafood sampler and it was the perfect pick. There was so much seafood I had a hard time finishing it.
The food and service here are always welcoming and amazing. We had their mixed flavor bag of seafood, and a coconut mojito that were right on point. The server was very friendly the atmosphere had that deep sea ocean vibe that enchanced each bite of food. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat at and rexommand when it comes to sea food!
Delicious food and good service. No complaints.
Never miss always on point . I prefer here then red crab you never get that gross feeling sick too your stomach feeling like you regret eating seafood . This is more you enjoy it and feel good afterwards . Everything was cooked nicely . I was surprised even the potatoes was good and not harsh I got Dungeness special . 3 corn 4 eggs Cajun seasoning mild . Excellent choice . It was spot on full of flavor . And ladies are nice
What an AWFUL experience!!!! I ordered the fried oyster basket, and literally got 5 small fried oysters!!!! I had a side of cole-slaw. THAT's IT! And for almost $15 ???!!!!! We also had the crab cakes basket....2 small crab cakes. We were through with our meal in 5 minutes!!!! And that was taking our time! We cannot believe people actually go there, and the service was awful. My daughter asked for a Dr. Pepper, and she got a Diet Coke. The waitress never said anything until we ordered it AGAIN, then she said "sorry, we're out of Dr. Pepper". AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! (The one star is because in order to post this review, I had to give them SOMETHING!!!!)
I went to the Crafty Crab for the first time today. Upon first glance, the chairs had food on them, the floor was filthy, & the bathroom was awful. The waitress was great. The menu didn't have much of a variety. The food was hot & tasted good, although the portions were very small & not as pictured on the menu. The crab meat fries had artificial crab meat & Tostito's cheese dip on them instead of actual crab meat & cheese shown the menu picture. I don't feel that it was good value for the money. I'm not going back ever again & I don't recommend it to anyone.
Nice!!!!!! Will be returning the atmosphere was awesome with live music LOVED IT
