The best ice cream shop in town you'd be wasting your time and money if you go somewhere else
The ice cream was great - a little pricey. The music (live entertainment) was very nice. I just hope most of the people enjoying the entertainment purchased something. Not fair to take advantage of the entertainment and not support it financially. Even a little helps.
I took my mom on Mother’s Day. The staff was very detached and the young lady that served me was very dismissive and acted as though she had enough and didn’t want to be there. The seating and tables were filthy and ground needed a good power wash. Just disgusting. This was my first visit. I will not be going back. Very disappointed. ????
Ice cream is great, but was served by a woman with curly blonde hair… tell her to wear a hairnet. Found a blonde hair in my ice cream. I’m a brunette.
Hi on 4-10-2022 you have an employee that works there name Gianna I came in to pick up an order and she help me get the order she was very professional and nice to me I would like to leave a special shout out to her.
My children and I were the only customers when we were being served, Giarda and Charla were impatient, we were rushed, we should of just walked out the door, this evening will be the first and last time we go to this location.
My first experience here was rushed , employees was rude, and didn’t bother to listen to what my family wanted. 4/09 7pm .. I definitely will not be back to this location .. messy presentation altogether
If I heard correctly, the girl's name that took care of me tonight is Alexa. She was AWESOME. It was busy (as usual) and she was SO quick and remembered everything topping/ingredient I wanted without having to even tell her twice. Being a person that works in customer service as well, it's hard not to get stressed or frustrated when it's busy period and she handled herself very well.
My sister had a new gift card the young lady said it would not scan when this normally happens the cashier will manually key in the numbers this cashier would not gave the card back to my sister and cancelled her order in my book that is rude service and unprofessional.Keep in mind less than five minutes I used a gift card also no problem.
The staff working here is rude. Seem like young school aged kids that constantly are chatting as opposed to taking care of customers. I ordered online one time and waited 30+ minutes for it. I ended up leaving. While I waited, everyone else was attended.
