MUST READ Went in today MAY 26, 2022 staff was beyond rude place is dirty trash overflowing bathroom gross but I could get over that if the food was worth it but NOT a chance at this location! They gave half scoop of meat, then up charged me for the whole scoop I tried to just get on with it but could hear the staff and Manger laughing talking about me while I was checking out because I simply asked for what I was paying for. The kids all started talking laughing one pulled out her phone and took my Photo while I was eating. I'm sure I'm on someone's tiktok just for asking nicely for the correct portion of meat I paid for. NEVER AGAIN
Manager a younge black women gave me half the ingredients half a scoop of meat. I asked for more she walked away from me I stand there waiting she tells someone else to do it still doesn't give me what I'm asking for charges me for steak when I get chicken so I ask for her name calmly she ignores me I ask other staff they tell me it's none on my business! Are u kidding me w these people! this chipotle is the worse its a new staff every time I go there just so hot cold sometimes it's great other times u get half what u pay for and get additude then as I'm walking out she calls me Karen. This location needs to get its stuff together fast!
Steak was very very fatty and not even 1 scoop of steak it was a half scoop the portions here suck. Chipotle if your going to raise your prices considerably you better give more food not less or at least 1 scoop. Waited about 5 mins to get served. Not the most energetic people I've been served to but the place was very clean and peaceful. I would try again for a better experience* Went back a 2nd time 2 person in line took about 10 mins to get served. VERY SMALL portions for a bowl. MAYBE a half a scoop for rice and half a scoop of steak. Employees don't say hello or greet you. Every single peice of steak I got is disgustingly fatty. Won't be coming back to this location. Seems like quality is down but price is WAY up.
I come here all the times to deliver for doordash, so I figured I would try it since the customer service is always good and it's one of the busiest food places in the area. Service remarkable, as usual, and the food is really good. Thank you so much and keep up the great work.
This location is the worst!!! There customer service is horrible and portions size is soooo off they need to train the workers better
They ran out of lettuce and every table was dirty, we had to clean off a table just to sit and eat. But running out of lettuce at like 7:00pm?
So my experience with this location was OK! OK is the only way I would respond to this location. If corporate is ok with just ok then all the power to them. I can’t help to notice that all the staff just seem miserable! They don’t want to to say hello or how can I help you. I waited a couple of minutes with no one ahead of me to finally get validation from some one in the far back (30 feet away) stating “someone will be with you soon!” There were others that would look at me that were only a few feet away but would say nothing and just walk away. Almost like the idea of saying hello is not in their job description and where they need to be in the bubble of their assigned work space LOL! The place seemed clean enough but the vibe doesn’t say “hey eat here! Your gonna love it!” The place is just ok! If they are ok with just ok then they are doing it right. I ordered my food, paid for my food and left with my food. Food was ok. Wish I could have taken advantage of the chipotlefeedback.com but the site wasn’t working properly. It maybe best to just order online then pickup your food. You maybe a little happier that way.
The food was good, and although there was a line it moved fast. The reason I gave it a 3 is because the entire staff was extremely rude.
Stopped by 3-4 times before for a quick bite. I didn't care that the restaurant isn't clean. Staff still rude and unprofessional, food quality is inconsistent. Won't be back
Angela checked us out \\u0026 did a great job. The other employees were talking \\u0026 laughing with each other while customers waited. We had to ask one to help us. People came in for pick-up orders that weren’t ready. Food was great, service severely lacking. Floor was filthy.
