Gave this location several times a chance. They messed up my online order so many times. Now I walked in tonight, all the employees were cursing at each other. Kitchen and stove and counters were dirty. Employee had an AirPod in their ear. These employees are lazy and not even caring at all. The manager needs to fire all the employees and hire new ones. Change up this location. This used to be the best location . Now it is not.
This chipotle has the absolute worst customer service. It’s very clear that the employees only work to collect a paycheck. Employees argue with each other in front of customers, there is no sense of urgency when it comes to preparing customers food and with an hour left before close time they decide not to take any walk ins and only online orders, if that’s protocol maybe post it somewhere on your website to avoid customers driving there only to be turned around, this location also need to do a better job restocking items because it’s like they never have anything.
Every time I order from this specific location, there is nothing but problems. Someone needs to contact me about my issues.
What the hell is this? Avocado shell in it and I literally choked on the whole cilantro stem and all, that was stuck in my braces hanging down my throat and I could not swallow it so I was choking to death! I’m allergic to queso and they drenched the whole top of it. I had to scoop it off! I should sue this place!
I wish I could give this Location a -5 stars this location has been run down by a group on teens/ young adults that lack proper management/ oversight during their shifts. Tonight was my second time in 2 weeks that enough was enough.. tonight I ordered a bowl with the plant based chorizo and there was only crumbs left I asked could they put it a fresh container because me and my boyfriend are having the same thing . The guy took my bowl to the back instead of bringing out a fresh container then brought out a little cup that contained a small amount for my boyfriends burrito then I asked was that all the have left the staff responded yes then when we get to toppings the staff member says there is no more guacamole…it’s 8:20pm and you don’t close till 11pm so I asked is no one going to make any he says no and that’s not my problem….. my mind was blown and I was furious we both were and decided to leave and order dinner somewhere else.
Ordered a bowl thru DoorDash, they left out half of my toppings didn’t even add beans and my bowl was not even half way full, they just added tons of lettuce to make it look full. Love chipotle but this boynton location is terrible. Never again.
So I went to chipotle after a long 13 hr day. I have gone at 8 pm before and had no issues like I did tonight. I ordered a salad, they were out of chicken and I had to wait for it to cook, no issue it happens. They were out of vegetables, corn and I got the bottom of the barrel on the sour cream. When I asked for the dressing they were out of that too. Would have been nice to know before I ordered a salad. I then go home to finally sit down and eat my dinner. It is so salty that I can’t even eat it. It tasted like someone poured a salt shaker over it. I call to see if we could rectify the situation and asked if I was speaking to the manager, they said yes and as I told him how salty my food was I was told he would call me back ? What ? Excuse me ? Not only was the food inedible but now I can’t talk to someone to see if we could fix the situation. Poorly done chipotle.
Literally just ordered from DoorDash and half of my fillings were not on there and the chicken was burnt, rice cold, and the presentation was disgusting.
This dining room was so disgusting with crumbs on the tables, spilt beverage on the floor and dirty napkins on the table. We decided to take it home and took 2 steps out the door and realized a refund was the best option. The Manager on duty was hesitant at first to authorize a refund but agreed to in the end. There are many restaurants to choose from on Congress Ave and I am sure they are all cleaner than this one.ONE STAR id too generous for this Chipotle location.
This place is terribly ran and managed… why did I place an online order waited 10 mins to leave once ordered and it’s taken an additional 20 mins to make when the store is empty? Terrible management. The employees are lazy, and can careless. You can see in the picture the place is dirty… why stand around gossiping saying the N word and F word by the cash register in front of customer when orders aren’t made, the place is empty, and it’s dirty… AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF MY ORDER WAS WRONG!
