Worst customer service and my food was very cold like it was left from the day before, their food return policy is the worst I’ve seen… I don’t recommend them at all, it’s other Chinese restaurants you can go to be do not spend your time nor money there

We happened upon Chinatown last month. We really liked the food. We drove about 50 minutes to visit it again. The food was great.
I have been eating here for 5 years until today. Food is good until I seen a large size roach run across the floor as I was waiting for my food and watched it crawl into the wall that was it for me thank you. ?
It was my favorite Chinese food in Boynton - right close by the Publix store where i get ice cream or on my trek to Walmart or UPS to ship eBay stuff.What a shame - consistently good and hot Chinese food . Most of the restaurants in Boynton area are chains so its going to be hard to find a non-mall Chinese food restaurant .
Forget the negative reviews chinatowns food has never dissatisfied me or my wife. Their food is always delicious and never skimpy. All these out of state losers have nothing better to do then complain.
Our favorite Chinese takeout restaurant closed after 15 years. So we have been trying to find a new one. Most are disappointing.Tried Chinatown, which is not far from us.We ordered their combination dinners. They come with Egg Roll & Roast Pork Fried Rice and Choice of Wonton Soup or Egg Drop Soup.I had the Shrimp with Garlic Sauce with onions, peppers, pea pods, celery, and broccoli, nice portion and good.My wife tried the Shrimp with Eggplant, she also liked it.
Always has fresh and tasty Chinese food for great prices.
Unfortunately my order at Chinatown in Boynton Beach was not taken correctly at the restaurant counter.Was charged for two combo meals but only received one combo along with a side dish.The food was stale and inedible.Most disappointing,....Had to throw it out.Such a shame because the location is very convenient.
