Great service Great Food especially the Lobster !!! Made my Fathers day! Amanda is our Favorite hostess!!! I recommend the Lobster with Black bean Sauce
My experience was less than stellar. The person answering the phone seemed annoyed I was asking questions about the menu items. One of the items I ordered was sesame chicken- it was absolutely disgusting. To the contrary, we also ordered orange beef which was tasty.
My husband and I went to China Lane on Saturday, March 12th at around 6:00pm for dinner. We were seated at a table by the wall and we were served water and hot tea. I put sugar in my tea and proceeded to unwrap my cloth napkin which was wrapped around the silverware. As I unwrapped the napkin a brown cockroach came out of the napkin/silverware and ran across the table. I screamed and when my husband saw the cockroach he crushed it with his napkin. We immediately asked the woman at the front desk to come over and we showed her the dead cockroach. We told her it came out of the napkin and she said the napkins come from her laundry service already wrapped around the silverware and that she would contact the laundry service. She asked if we wanted to sit at another table . We declined and said where there’s one roach there’s more. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We will never go there again!
If you love Chinese food save your time and money. After not going for a couple of years due to dissatisfaction I thought I would give China Lane another try.. nope it's still the same. Prices suggest the food is good, it is not. I will drive the extra few minutes to Hypoluxo and Military.
I had lunch at the renovated China Lane today. The place looks great, open floor plan and inviting. The waitress was super nice and attentive. The lunch specials came with a spring roll which was ok. I had the Pepper ? steak which was tasty with fried rice. The free fried noodles are great, good to snack on while waiting for lunch.
Tried most of the modern Chinese fusion restaurants and China Lane will probably be right choice. Had a memorable evening and definitely will come back again.
It was OK. Portions are a tiny bit too small and don't expect spices, very bland. Service was good and prices were reasonable.
Delivery driver is extremely rude. I held off on writing this review last time because the food is decent but at this point we will never order from China Lane again. The driver was disrespectful to my wife and on top of that walked into our house. I hope this is someone China Lane can fire and not a family member. They also do not take credit card which is ridiculous in 2021.
The portions have gotten smaller and the prices have gotten more expensive. Today we got two combination dinners. The soup was in a small container and very bland. The dinner portion was smaller than most lunch portions at other neighborhood restaurants. It’s time to move on.
On a rainy south Florida day my wife and decided to have lunch at a restaurant we had never been. China Lane strikes you as a spacious, clean and safe looking restaurant. We were greeted by a lovely waitress with a long list of lunch specials all for about $10.00.We both started with a delicious wonton soup. Then we had a chicken lo main and a chicken in garlic sauce, mild, both came with vegetable fried rice. Everything was excellent as they say “soup to nuts”. The restaurant is located in a very big strip mall called The Fountains that includes a very nice Publix, UPS, a bagel deli and many other stores we frequent.
