I came in for lunch Witherspoon my daughter because it was on my way, it was the greatest customer service I've had in any Chick Fil A. Everyone is friendly, attentive and with positive attitudes. Food was great as always. Look foward to coming back when I'm in that area.
A Cobb Salad was calling my name, so I stopped in the nearest Chick-fil-A to home to pick one up. Easy to order, no wait, friendly employees, all fresh ingredients, reasonable price and I'm on my way home. That's the way it should be.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A location. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and requested Melted cheese. Didn’t get that, on top of that the Bun was Hard & Dry and COLD. The Bun wasn’t Fresh and no Butter on the Bun. I literally had to throw the sandwich away when I got home.
Horrible. Car in front of us took 5 minutes to order. Then 10 minutes at the pick up window. When we pulled up to the window, we were asked the name on the order. She handed us our ordet, then turned around, grabbed the next order and went to tje car behind us. No "sorry for the wait", no "thank you", not a word. Not even a smile! Just the same as McDonalds except much more expensive. Nothing special about it at all. Called to speak with the manager and he was completely clueless. Chik-fil-a has definitely lost their uniqueness.
The food is good, the staff is friendly just REALLY REALLY REALLY SLOW. It takes forever to get your food in the drive-thru. I stopped going through the drive-thru and simply parked and walked in. It takes far less time.
IDK if it's staffing shortages or what. This is the worst CFA I've ever been to - consistently. Tonight we waited over 20 minutes for a #1 Deluxe and a Kids nugget meal. The chicken on my sandwich was the skimpiest I've ever gotten in my many years of visiting CFA, the lettuce and cheese were the only things filling out the bun, and the fries were room temperature. The one in East Delray is the move of you want quality food and service.
524 22 my nuggets were dry and overcooked. Like they've been cooked twice. I've had nuggets at this location many times and there was no problem. If I didn't buy the nuggets and drive home, I would have returned them.

The food was not good at all. My order of grilled chicken was cold roll was hard. Like day old bread. The fryes were soggy and full of oil. I would but go back.
Love this place, surprising long line but they move through it at a decent rate. The chicken is always good and they make fresh squeeze lemonade with real cane sugar.
