Wow! Amazing food , great service, Hi quality food , we tried their phillycheese steak ,the chicken wings , fries ,milk shake ,the strawberry lemonade and the boneless wings ,everything came so good , tasty and hot .
Order through Uber eats and the sweet tea tasted rotten like the tea urn hasn’t been clean in months the new fiesta fries were soggy and nothing like was described never will get again and the cheesesteaks were dried out hardly any meat and just no flavor..
Pathetic Philly cheese steak !! Meat is dried out and Burnt ! Look closely do you see any cheese ?? Save your money. I showed it to the manager and didn't get a sorry I'll fix it ! Location Boynton beach mall time and date 2/28/22 -- 1:45 pm
1st and last time customer. Extremely disappointed. For the cost of everything, just not worth it. The small portion of fries you are given for what you pay, is so sad. They portray a complete different image on their menu than what you actually receive. Upon reading other reviews, this seems to be a reoccurring problem that management is aware of but clearly has done nothing about. I attached 2 pictures of what they show an order of fries look like (which was all I ordered as a small meal for myself)...then the picture of what came in my order (which was NOTHING like their pictures).
I always stop and have a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich at Charlie's. It really is the Best! Big serving of high quality beef and very nice and pleasant staff.
I always love this place sandwiches are always great paid for a large fry as you can see they normally fill a bag up this was a joke but the worst part was the ranch horribly spoiled and expired will never go back
