I paid $18 for this???? Horrible! They literally threw eggplant on top of pasta - their food has significantly gone downhill and I will never order here again.
We've been coming to this restaurant for years. I would say 99% of times food is great, comes out fast. But the reason I'm taking my time to write a review is because of the great experience we had tonight. Our server was KELLY and he was nothing but FANTASTIC. This was the best service we've had in this location and honestly, any other restaurant. He made sure we were taken care of, and we had our drinks or food at all times. We never waited any longer than 2 mins for any sort of service. He was absolutely amazing and if this is the service we will get every time, we will continue to go here. The fries calamari is also great! We asked for it extra crispy and it came out amazing.
The atmosphere was wonderful! We got seated immediately and service was quick. Each time I’ve eaten here the food has been healthy and unique!
Food was ok.Called ahead and upon arrival was told it would be another 30 min. It actually ended up being 1.5hr wait. And another 1hr. to get our food. It was Mother's Day so a wait is expected. The manager said it is the shortest wait around that's only because they lie to you so that you actually wait. The hostess' were dressed super inappropriate. One girls bra cup kept showing. The servers would come up and talk with the hostess using profane language in front of guests waiting with kids present.
DELICIOUS meals! He had the sirloin with marsala mushrooms, I had the Pollo Rosa Maria w/ garlic mashed potatoes.Our server Rachel was superb!

My wife and I had dinner last night. Over all the food was good, and Mark was mostly attentive. We ate an appetizer, and two dinners then ordered a third dinner to-go. Our bill was $90 and I left a 20% tip. We knew our children wouldn't eat a lot of the chicken parmigiana, so we made sure to order the side of pasta. Unfortunately when we got home (which is 30 minutes away) we realized the pasta was forgotten in our to-go order. I called the restaurant and they put a $10 credit on our account, but I don't think I'll be back there to use it for a while. I used to love Carrabba's, but their quality has gone down and their prices have gone up. I leaned two things from our experience.1. Check your to-go order, you'll only get credit if a mistake is made.2. Their veal marsala has a lot of olive oil in it.
Fast, friendly service. Also good, fresh, food.
This Carrabba's used to be the best! It has really fallen off. My mashed potatoes were cold, my broccoli was cold and had been reheated as it was crunchy but cold in the middle and my grilled pork chop was burnt. Not to mention my waiter didn't come back to refill our drinks and we had to send another waiter to find him so that we could get the check. Considering calling corporate on this experience since it was so bad.
Steer clear of this location. Barely got the waitress to take our order at the table. Manager came over, didn’t care about anything besides saying well was the food good at least? Well that’s what you at least came here for. And then proceed to say you could have asked anyone else to refill your drinks. Horrible customer service at this location. Nice to know how that’s how a manager acts.
