Please update your website. If you are no longer serving steamer clams and Ipswich fried clams, take the items off your website very misleading.New to the area we excited to find our favorite restaurants.We were Immediately disappointed when the waitress informed us that they no longer serve these items.We ordered the Lobster Fra Diavolo $$$. 1/2 of a very small lobster, a dish full of tiny mussels and a small amount of pasta. Basically it taste like Noodles and ketchup with hot sauce, no oregano,no chunks of tomatoes, no visible garlic slices, tasteless.This is just my opinion, Our waitress was great. No wait lines.
My husband and I ordered a 2lb lobster dinner as takeout last Thursday.We had done this several times since COVID, and had been very pleased with the food This time I placed the order with Liz, the manager , and we drove 40 minutes each way to pick up the meal.We were extremely disappointed when we opened the container with the lobster. There was not a drop of water in the container, the lobster was room temperature, though all the sides were still warm, the claw meat was extremely dry and the tail was inedible, tough and dry.The lobster had obviously been cooked a while ago and though not spoiled, was too tough to chew. When I called back and spoke to Liz, she was adamant that the lobster was freshly cooked, had cameras to prove that, and informed me that the best she could do is offer me a discount on our next order.After losing $70 (meal+tip) and being treated so poorly by the manager, I was truly surprised that Liz would even think that there would be a next time!Regarding your response below, I wish I had read the following post in Yelp:Review on May 4, 2022 by H.S. New York, NYWe have been doing take out 3 lb lobsters for a year or 2 for my birthday and our anniversary. Always delicious as you can see by my prior reviews.Not this time! We got 2 Overcooked 3lb lobsters. Double cole slaw instead of some rice as requested. The NE clam chowder was not up to their usual standards and it went into the garbage, they also charge extra for clam chowder .We called to complain and they said "they would take care of us next time" I don't even know what that means.I sent a message to someone who may be a boss or owner and he made me feel like I did wrong LOLHe states they don't recommend lobster takeout because they dont travel well and won't allow it anymore.Ours were delicious every time till this last time.

Me and my wife chose this restaurant for our 34th anniversary, although the service was excellent the food almost killed me. I ordered the lobster Fra Diavolo, and my wife ordered the lobster, she was fine. By the time I finished my dessert I started feeling a pain so severe that the owner ended up calling an ambulance. It turned out to be food poisoning! I wish I had read some of the reviews before going there
Very good seafood. Mussels in marinara were truly excellent, scallops tasted great, but we're much smaller than expected. Service slow.
Good: My Shrimp were broiled wellBad:-My group also ordered Shrimp Scampi, which was served lukewarm.-Apparently there's an early bird menu? But you only get it by requesting it and they don't tell you-Weirdly noisy. Had to yell a bit for my grandma to hear me-$8.95 sharing charge. Really? The person I was going to share with instead ordered a $4 salad and ate off my plate. I guess just don't tell them you're sharing?-They have three soups and one is an upcharge.This restaurant just had some weird policies. There are better options around. I'd recommend somewhere else!
Been coming here for years. Never disappoints. Staff is awesome and so are bus boys. Food is surperb

Very disappointed! Never go back. Will never recommend to anyone. Service is bad, slow, Mr Zack has a terrible attitude and teasing with you when we questioned where was our food. After waiting 50 min. I am wondering how they accommodate the tables when the rest is full. Saturday night they had only 5 tables. They brought bread. But didnt bring silverware and napkins after 20 min. Just terrible experience. Do not go! Dont waste your time, dont get upset. Dont ruin your night.
The food was amazing. The atmosphere was quite and friendly. The waitress was very friendly and sweet, she catered to us with a smile even when my daughter wasnt sure what to get. Definitely coming back with friends and family
