Ordered 3 to go burgers, fries and onion rings. The fries were burnt and dry, like cardboard, onion rings were greasy and burgers were raw and cold. Worst lunch ever. Hope I don’t get sick.
This review is a complaint about corp customer service but not a reflection of this location. I live near the West Boynton location and have been a very happy customer since they opened. Food is great but the people in the store are better. Always positive, helpful and keeps the restaurant very clean. A positive reflection on the ownership and management. That is why I gave 5 stars.My issue was a simple one. I made my normal order on 7/6/2022 on the way home. When I went in to pick it up, they didn’t have the order. I showed them the order which included using some rewards points. They told me that was not a problem. That it happens because it will pick a location near your location. You can look at my history and I never order from the gateway location. They said call the store and cancel and we will ring up the order here. I did and the gateway location canceled the order but said I would need to contact corp for the refund. I paid for my order in store at west Boynton, got my food and left. I have filled out the form 2 times each time checking the box to be contacted. Then I sent an email. I attached both receipts to the forms and email. No response. Even if they had been concerned enough to follow up and denied the refund I would not be upset. But for 15 dollars, having customer service not contact the customer, you lose a former happy customer.It’s obvious from your response that no one reads the review. You lost a loyal customer because no one responded to my post of being charged twice. I filled out the forms. I sent the receipts. I wrote a review and your response was glad you had a great visit. Don’t pretend to have customer service when you obviously don’t.
I saw so many 5 star reviews, I wonder who wrote them? Although the staff was great, and the restaurant was clean, the food was terrible. If it wasn't for the ketchup the hamburgers would have no taste, and the onion rings had no flavor. Also, prices are high. Back to Wendy's.
Went there Saturday like I have gone every Saturday for the past 2 plus years. the new manager would not take a bill larger then a $20 even though my total $49.00 said it was policy ( there was no sign saying so)had to go to another store to cash the billwill never go back.
this place went down hill fast new manger does not care about customers will never go back
Amazing customer service at this location. Always super clean. Chipotle across the street could learn from this management. Food is as good as it gets from BurgerFi
Never had an issue with the food up until today. Lol what is this I got 3 chicken tenders and there all over cooked and the third one isn’t a full chicken tender.Replying to owner comment: lol what? My review wasn’t a good review. What you mean “glad I experienced” overcooked half chicken tenders.

Good hamburger,great fries ( well done ),and fantastic onion rings . Friendly service and a clean restaurant. When the manager asked if we were enjoying our meal , I mentioned the onion rings and he explained they use fresh onion and coat and batter them fresh at the store each day. A very enjoyable burger meal
Although we have been to several BurgerFi locations and all are good, this location is the best. Every time we visit, everything is perfect - the food, the ordering and delivery, the cleanliness, and friendliness. Charles, the manager, is outstanding. The best part is that their bacon on the burgers is always terrific. Cooked perfectly to a crispiness, but not burned. Also, they do not skimp on the amount of bacon on the burger. When placed on top of the high-quality burger meat, the bacon burger is the best in this price range. It is hard to find a better one at much higher prices.
