Great bagels, very soft and sized nicely. There is a good assortment of bagels and a few different spreads to choose from. Their breakfast menu offers plenty of filling options to fill anyones appetite. The wait can sometimes be a little long, and their iced coffee is a little watered down, but overall a great place with very friendly staff. Normally stop by maybe once or twice a month. Never had any real issues here.
Real NY bagels with great texture and chew. I was ordering Baltimore bagels in AK to get the real thing up north. These bagels meet my expectations for a quality bagel. So far I would rate Brooklyn Water Bagels #1, Flakowitz Deli #2 and Bagels And #3.
For the price and Brooklyn name, I expected much better. During our road trip from New York we ate Einstein bagels, bruggers bagels and dunkin bagels and breakfast sandwiches. This ranks last of the four but is by far the most expensive. Friendly Staff and clean place but the owners/management should get more involved with the cooking process and ensure better taste and technique or reduce the prices 25% because it wasn't worth it in my opinion. Good luck, I hope you can improve ??
first of all, your staff is EXTREMELY rude first thing in the morning.if they don't want the job, then go work elsewhere. to be given attitude just for deciding a bagel at 645 in the morning is unacceptable.second- why are your bagels stale first thing in the morning? these bagels should be HOT or at the very least warm.disgusting.
Again lost out on my reward points. Cashier didn’t apply this is third time. Will try other location on Military. Military location much cleaner and way better run. Seems bagels on Congress dry and stale.
Never had any issues until today. The wait is always too long though. As for today, Food was ok up and until I bit into a very long straight hair. I tried to pull it out but it was melted into the cheese and intertwined with the Taylor Ham. Should’ve just made it myself at home minus the hair. At least the Coffee was good.
Wow quality control. Went this morning to get breakfast and got 2 blueberry muffins... didn't think they would take 2 blueberry's literally.
Honestly I don’t know if it’s because of Covid or what, but anytime my family and I place an order, it’s always wrong one way or another. Wrong flavor bagels, wrong flavor muffins, asked for bagels to be sliced and they are either not sliced at all, or sliced in a way where the bagel slicer was obviously not working but no one cared to fix it. Once again, my order from today is wrong and because of this I will no longer go there anymore.
I don't usually trash a business online, but I feel like it's my civic duty to warn people about how bad the food is here. I get sent birthday credit every year, which is the only time I go. And every time, it's literally bordering on inedible. Last year the whitefish was almost pure mayo and this year the tuna tasted like you opened a can of Starkist and ate it plain. No seasonings, virtually no mayo, and the person who made it thought putting 2 pieces of onion/scallion was sufficient. The bagels are below mediocre and last I had the eggs, they were microwaved or somehow made in a preformed mold. Might as well be eating foam. The coffee s pretty good, though. There are infinitely better bagel places in Delray. Bagels with Deli is further out near Linton and Federal but very, very good. Even Brighton Beach Bagel, which is bad in its own right, is located next door and slightly more edible.
I love this place! So, why the two stars? Well if you’re advertised to be open to a certain hour, then be open until that time. I arrived with 20 minutes to spare and they told me that they were closed and had no bagels. That’s fine. I just wanted to get a tub of cream cheese for my family’s lunch, but no.
