The kid working the register was extremely rude. He even made comments thinking we couldn't hear him. I was going to let that go by if the food was good. Well the food was very bland. I ordered spicy meals and there was no heat at all. This was my first time trying this place and will not be returning and making sure everyone I know doesn't go either.
Not sure how they get 4 stars on Google. The food is not good. Service isn't good either. I ordered two dinner meals. I never got my egg rolls or soups. I wouldn't go back if you paid me.
Stopped for lunch. This isn't a restaurant just a kitchen with pick up. Meal was just ok. Chicken & veggies. Chicken cooked nicely veggies a bit undercooked (but better than overcooked) fried rice is not fried rice at all. It's Yello rice with a bit of cut up ?pork? In it- is there fake pork? If you're a Chinese restaurant and say it's fried rice- then serve fried rice. Very rude woman. To everyone who entered. Kind of shocking, really to have customers waiting on their orders talking about how rude she is. I'm here from out of town. It's raining or I would've just walked out. Wouldn't support this business. Put a new person up front and serve fried rice (or write Yello rice on menu) and your rating goes up.
I tried to place an order for take-out. First, the person could barel communicate. Second, I requested certain items prepared a certain way. I don’t know what happened?? They were angry possibly and smacked the phone down on the call. First time I had a business not want to take an order. I spoke with my parents and they encountered a similar problem with this restaurant when they placed an order for a combination plate. They didn’t want to give them an egg roll?? Very disrespectful and I had to order from another restaurant which were friendly and accommodating. Shame on them!
Being a take out only place one would think the service would be better. Orders take upwards of 40 minutes after ordering upon arrival.The food is average or a little better. Vegetables are fresh, portions are generous, and the prices are very fair.The wait for your food brings us the most negative part, the clientele is probably the worst I've ever witnessed. Rude, obnoxious, and poorly dressed New Yorkers congregate to harass other customers and the cashier taking the orders with baseless complaints.Needless to say, I won't be returning.
They’re ok. Food is fine for the price. If you order on the phone, it’s usually done by the time you get there. The customer service is always bad. Everyone who works there acts is if you’re bothering them by ordering or picking up your food.

We were told 2 hours which we were okay with because we planned on having diner later.We ordered shrimp and lobster sauce. We seemed to have more lobster sauce than shrimp. To charge us for a shrimp dinner to put in so few shrimp is not right

The food used to be great. There used to be a line-up out the door waiting to pick up their takeout orders. This time around I'm not sure the chicken I ordered was even chicken. It looked like pieces of cut up burlap cord. Disgusting! ? Never going back there again!!!
