I've been dining at Tokyo Bay multiple times yearly since they opened. This experience was the only bad experience I've had, and not up to the previous standards experienced. They were short handed and poorly managed. It took nearly 20 min for our server to take our drink order. In the meantime, tables that came after ours were serviced and the cook began cooking before our table. For the first time my filet was more like a sirloin than a filet, being tough and stringy.

Food was outstanding. However, the service was way to slow. It took 45 minutes before anyone asked us what we wanted. The servers were very good but there werenât enough of them.
Would recommend reservations as they are busy. We had reservations and were seated promptly. Waitress was on point with apps and drinks. Chef was amazing. Food was prepared perfectly. Would definitely recommend. Hands down best hibachi Iâve had in awhile.
Great time great food great service
Went early in day. Had to wait for chef to arrive to have the full hibachi experience. Chef was good..really nice so was a hood save. Best if all, food was TERRIFIC. Fried rice and shrimp were extremely tasty and cooked to perfection.
We had a great time. Sushi was yummy and made fresh. Our chef James was the absolute best. He interacted with our children and cooked everything to perfection.
