Too pricey for what you actually get. Poor kids menu.
So disappointed. Went expecting a lovely experience- showed up to a 200+ wedding, limited menu and below average food. Never to returnâ¦
The food was poor quality, and I would not return to this restaurant.
The services was terrible , the food was not bad , but no variety 3 o 4 things on the menu and the buffet really poor .
Tangle wood served its purpose. The Chicken breast in lemon was good, and I liked the octopus appetizer. The eggplant was burned and had too much cheese. The drinks list has single malt scotch brands which were not in stock, which was annoying.
Average food and service. Good for lunch if you must.
Shrimp butternut ravioli and salad with strawberries and papaya were amazing.
Service was great. Everyone was friendly and everything came out quick. The food was awful though. Seafood Carbonara had no flavor and fairly certain the mussels were spoiled. The sauce was just heavy cream. That’s it. Easy pass next time which is unfortunate cause the service was fantastic.
Horrible customer service. Food tasted good. Don't drink too fast, otherwise you'll have food and no beverage.
Wow this place is so bad I don't know where to start.First of all, THIS IS NOT AN ITALIAN RESTAURANT!!! The menu on Opentable doesn't match the very limited paper menu you are given. This Hyatt must still be operating in high pandemic mode.Secondly, the waitress was surly and confused. 3rd, the food was marginally edible. The restaurant is inundated with birds that keep attacking the diners. This is the worst dining experience I've had in the area (I'm local) and one of the worst I've had traveling the world extensively for 50 years.
