Get a few sandwiches a week here. Never freaked about about wearing a \\\"mask\\\" before. All the sudden today its an issue? Just lost my business forever. Have 6 people in there sitting and eating without masks on. D**** Plenty of other shops to get a sandwich.
I was there at 7:30pm on July 8th. The guy working there had a very difficult time speaking English. I received a text from Subway offering any foot long for $5.99 thru 7/9. After we finally managed to make the order at the time of checkout I showed the offer on the text I received from Subway. When I clicked the confirm and an error message popped up. The guy said I had to pay $10+. I tried to explain that the offer had not been redeemed and was still good thru tomorrow. Either he'd didn't understand what I saying or didn't care. He did nothing to resolve the issue so I left without a sub. What a waste, he turned an opportunity to do what's right into a big negative. I won't be back.
