Closed at 830 sign turned off workers inside with door unlocked but said they were closed. I was one hungry corgi.
Told the girl what I wanted, she made it , just the way I wanted it. Will be going back.
When to get food tonight at 7:14p on Saturday, 2/19/22 and there was a guy working behind the counter and someone in the dinning room hanging out and the door was locked. 3 people stood outside the door and I knocked and the guy behind the counter ignored us. Fire that guy! You lost money.
Horrible customer service! Rude employees! I’ve given this place enough tries and will not be going back. I’m sure there are other sub places that would want my business!
This place is awful. Subway is wonderful,this subway is not! The two ladies that are always there ,are causing issues with customers.they also have issues with others stores in the same plaza.they don't make the food right and they are super cheap with product even after I say I'll pay extra.If you go in on different days,and you order something different from the last time,they get rude and upset. The employees are harassing other businesses in the plaza and treat me like I owe them something everytime I walk in for my lunch break. Also I understand Spanish and speak it fluently but If I don't feel like speaking Spanish ,they get mad cause they don't know English. But I can hear and understand the Spanish trash talk behind the counter.i work 12-14 hour days and when I clock out for lunch I want to spend my money on A casual lunch, I don't need to come in and the manager of subway who is checked in on the wait-list at my job, screams at me because I came in for a sandwich and not for her. So I walked away and got food somewhere else. This is just some of the issues. I really would like to start eating at subway again for my lunch. I literally rather starve now.
Have been here many times to get subs, but recently started getting protein bowls at other locations. They're pricey but you get a decent amount of protein for what you pay...except at this location. They have the chicken pre-measured in silicone trays that are HALF the size of every other subway I've been to. I get more protein from a McChicken. Disappointed and now hangry. Will not be returning. Pics are of this location vs what I get at a different subway

FALSE ADVERTISING!!If it weren’t for the friendly service, I would rate lower. They advertise a Steak & Cheese Melt, which is billed as being pressed in a hot sandwich press machine. The in-store signage shows a sandwich with grill marks that had obviously been pressed in a panini. They offer to do this to any footlong for an extra $1.Enter the scam. They smoosh your sandwich by hand the toast in the same everyday speed oven they use for everything else.Save your money. Just have them toast your sandwich for free, it’s the same thing.
