Really great pho and authentic Viet food! Got the spring rolls, crab rangoons, pho special, short ribs with rice and Viet coffee. I’ve had a lot of Viet iced coffees and this one is my favourite. Everything was delicious, the service was fast and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back for my favourites and to try the other dishes!
Food was good. Nothing spectacular. The butter that the boils are cooked in barely has any flavor. I have sincere doubts that it is real butter. You definitely do NOT get a pound of crab legs (2 small clusters is NOT a lb) but it was still fine. The smoothies were pretty tasty. The service wasn't great but it may have just been our server. She was constantly in a rush and didn't stick around to ask how everything was or if anyone needed anything. Had to flag her down to get more water. She also brought me the bill before we ordered dessert. Maybe she was trying to hint for me not to order it because the key lime pie was almost completely frozen. I was full and satisfied when I left but I will pass on returning here.
Food was great, service was ok. Sat down and was forgotten for about 15 minutes.Our order was taken and they messed up on the order size. We didn’t complain and ate the extra food and was stuffed. 1lb crab, 1 lb shrimp and a shrimp basket to share between 2 people.Food was amazing and after we had a server our drinks were always filled.

This location has poor management. Arrived today at 11:10a when they clearly have it on their website and front door that they open at 11am. I called the restaurant and asked if they were open. The woman said yes in which she finally came to unlock the door. She opened the door and literally ran away. She didn’t greet us whatsoever. She went to fill ice and organize cups as the bar. We sat ourself as we usually do. Sat at the table for 5min and never got greeted, so we decided to leave. This restaurant doesn’t have any clue on what customer service is. They could’ve at least days “we’re a little behind, be right with you” or a simple “we’re sorry.” They had the chairs still on all of the tables, so it was clear to see that they were behind. It’s as if they don’t care about customer satisfaction because people keep returning. Long as they have the attention of few, they’re fine with it. The owner even walked past us looking at us. He said nothing. I personally have removed this restaurant from acceptable places to dine due to their inconsistent crab boils, horrible service, and poor management. However the person I come with seems to overlook these issues.
Service and seating was fast; staff was very friendly and orders were served quickly. We ordered a Vietnamese shrimp papaya salad appetizer that used crisp, savory, green papaya in a slaw-mound style and it was so super fresh, refreshing and delicious with an incredible, slightly spicy dressing. We also ordered coconut shrimp and a breaded shrimp dinner from their fried seafood section, which we recognize are accommodating menu items rather than what they specialize in, which both were fine but in hindsight, we wished we had ordered one of the other dishes they excelled at (pho noodles, etc). We would definitely return to try their specialized dishes instead. We also ordered Pina Coladas and they were very generously sized and well flavored.

Worst service ever!!! Waitress was rude as hell from the start the food wasn’t seasoned properly we asked for breadsticks and some of the special seasoning to dip them in they charged me 2.50$ and all we got was a cup of oil it was disgusting to say the least never going back there again
Craving crab legs ! Recommended snow crab legs. Way over cooked and little or no meat. I left hungry and traumatized. I will stick with lobster next time.
The food is phenomenal! The service is excellent. Great atmosphere. I eat there on an average of once a week now.. it's the best! And best of all the prices not outlandish
