I’ve been to many Rosati‘s pizzas both in Chicago and Southwest Florida and the Bonita Springs location is by far in a way the worst pie. Honestly they shouldn’t even be allowed to carry the name because they are destroying its equity. When they decide to answer the phone they are usually rude and put out, you can’t even avoid them and order online. When you hit one you can’t hear the specials and on and on. To give you an idea, I live 5 minutes away and choose to drive 30 minutes to the Naples or Estero location just to avoid this abomination. For the premium price that they are charging, I would highly recommend passing and eating anywhere else. Do Chicago Pizza and lovers of this chain a favor Rosatis, and shut this location down. By way of return on my investment, I’d rather eat at Papa John’s across the street and anyone from Chicago knows what a loaded statement that is.
Simply amazing. TRUE Chicago Deep Dish Stuffed Pizza and some of the nicest folks around. Highy recommended.
Truly a horrid experience for my family. They stopped on way home and should have not. Owners should not be fighting and cursing in front of customers and then rude and disrespectful. NEVER will I nor my family dine at this franchise location again. I am not one to complain or post negatively but when an undeserved disrespect occurs, notification is warranted.
Their Pizza is awesome . Had it several times.My favorite is the Vegetable Single Crust .Loved the calzone full of cheese .Service is extremely courteous, fast and the atmosphere is clean and upbeat5 stars

The anti-pasta salad was really good. Now, for the pizza. They need to cook the crust longer to give a crispier thin crust. The pizza doesn’t taste the same as the chains in Chicago. Sausage, cheese and sauce were good. The thin crust needs to be thinner and cooked more. i could see a layer in the crust (after i took the first bite) was raw.This means the crust is not thouroughly cooked. I am from Chicago so I know undercooked crust. We requested the green peppers to be finely chopped and they weren’t. As for a nice thin crust Chicago pizza i will go to Doc’s. Also. on Super bowl Sunday, I decided to call them and give them a second chance and they were closed at 8:15 pm and would not take any more orders. Decided to order from Jets pizza and they delivered the pizza in a half an hour. The pizza was good too. The Pizza Hut in Bonita Springs ran out of dough on Super Bowl Sunday and could not make any more pizzas Leason learned Order from Jets Pizza!

Decided to give this place a try. Definitely enjoyed the pizza and the salad was exceptionally fresh.
We happened in there kind of late one night and had such a nice time. The staff was super friendly and the food was excellent. Great Chicago style pizza.
BEST Deep Dish South of Tampa, service is amazing, staff is incredible! We go as often as we can. Deep dish pizza take 45+ minutes to bake, so if you're in a rush, call ahead.
