Takeout order included two orders of spaghetti and meatballs plus order of veal parmigiana with meatball Sub that satisfied everyone at our four person table. The staff greeted me from the rain shower with a smile and a pleasantry from Enrico himself. A great meal was had this Monday night.
Terrible dining experience! I ordered a dish that I thought was a white sauce instead when I received it was a rose sauce. I questioned the waiter (Roger) about it. I clearly stated i did not like the dish Instead of offering to make me something else he preferred to debate it. He then proceeded to ignore our table the rest of the meal not refilling drinks. Roger needs to be skilled in the art of customer service because he has no skills in that department at all.
I'm sorry to have to disagree with most of these reviews. My meal last night was literally inedible. The eggplant parm consisted mainly of the eggplant skins breaded, it was not hot, and there was no cheese. I couldn't even cut it because it was so tough. The service was poor as well. After bringing our meals, the server never returned to see how we liked our dinners. However, when I requested that my meal be removed from the bill, there was no questions asked. We've been here a few times in the past, and it was good...but after last night, I will not be returning.
This was our forth and likely last visit here. The owner is visible and a nice man. Unfortunately the service is average at best. If we’d had bad service once it could have been written off as an anomaly. But it’s been consistently bad all season. Additionally the quality of food seems to have deteriorated - bland without much flavor. An Italian place should at a minimum have a great red sauce. Sadly it’s been like watered down ketchup my last three visits. Bread is good. Salad below average with dressing served in cheesy little plastic containers. Honestly it appears to be store bought and then repackaged. Our server tonight was the worst of the three ambivalent staff we’ve had this year - didn’t put in appetizer order and never returned after bringing out entrées. Try Joey D’s if you’re looking for good Italian.
Stopped in for a late lunch…wonderful lunch specials at a great price! Service was prompt and food was outstanding. Beyond my expectations as we took a chance not having been before. Will definitely return.
Great food. If Enrico keeps you waiting, he serves you a glass of wine! The pizza is great! The tomato sauce is savory and not acidic. The food presentation is appealing. The bread is wonderfully crisp and tasty. What more can I say!
We absolutely LOVE this place! I was raised in a large Italian family and when someone stopped by at dinner time, we made room at the table. That's the feeling I get when I walk in here. The host/chef/owner is always warm and welcoming. We have tried many entrees...sausage & peppers, lasagna, fettuccine alfredo, veal parm, salmon picatta...all delicious!! It is our go-to Italian restaurant in Bonita❤️
Enrico was great! We had to wait a little longer, but he made sure we got a table for ten people (instead of splitting us up). Thank you Enrico and our dinners were excellent! Our server did a great job as well.
My husband & I tried Restaurante Enrico today for an early dinner. It's so nice inside with tablecloths & a single red rose too. I ordered shrimp scampi & my hubby had the baked ziti. Both meals were delicious, plus we had a good dinner salad & homemade rolls with sauce. They also have $12 lunches too.We will be back real soon.
Great food and service. Outdoor dining is small area but nice. Inside is busy and usually a little loud. Everything is clean and the menu is a nice mix of Italian dishes. Casual dining at its best! They serve pizza but don't consider this a pizza place as they have a nice menu.
