Wasn't even busy and the drive thru was in complete disarray. The person who was suppose to charge us wasn't at the station to do their job and we were looked at as if we were wanting to get a free meal when we literally were handing them our card to pay for our food. Then we get charged more than we were suppose to pay with the meal we originally ordered. Completely mismanaged and never going back there again.
forgot my cheeseburgers and fries were very cold and not salted waited 30 mins for a quarter pounder and forgot my mcdoubalds I asked for ranch and they gave me bbq sauce was so dissatisfied I didn't even wanna talk to the manager bc she seemed like she didn't care either
Love their breakfast. Went for dinner. Wanted the artesian chicken sandwich ( no where on the menu ) got the deluxe crispy chicken sandwich ( I guess they were out of tomatoes). Fries, old,cold, soggy and limp. Drive through person needs to pull the microphone back because I felt I was on an obscene phone call with all the heavy breathing.
Great place to park the work van, eat your meal before your next job, and judge the human pieces of garbage that treat fast food employees like slaves and less than human just because they have to work 10000x harder than the human pieces of garbage named Karen and Kyle that got their cheeseburger a minute too late.JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE WORKS IN THE FAST FOOD INDUSTRY DOESN'T MAKE THEM LESSER THAN YOU OR "LAZY!"A LOT OF THESE PEOPLE HAVE WORKED HARDER THEIR ENTIRE LIVES SINCE LEAVING THE WOMB THAN KAREN WHO WAS BORN WITH A SILVER SPOON IN HER MOUTH!But they aren't ready to have that conversation.
Ordered two fish sandwiches “made to order” and I got two old fish patties. I called to ask for a refund but they refused saying that I needed to drive back and they’ll “fix it for me”. I guess they were planning on pumping my stomach so I could try again.
Ordered a double Filet of fish and it came with only one filet that was dried out and old!! It was inedible. And the tarter sauce was on the fish….. it was in the box between the sandwich and the side of the box. Totally disgusting and uneditable!!! Never again….GROSS…. Don’t waste your time or money!
Well. To be honest, I was very surprised to get a delicious burger, very hot, freshly made, and quickly, I haven't had a fresh burger from ANY McDonald's in - l can't remember when, maybe a few years, I would bet whatever they did to prep that burger, that's the way the franchise intended it to be made. Being serious.
Woman in red shirt outside at 5am breaking down boxes on 5/13 was EXTREMELY rude screaming at my car that the drive thru wasn’t open even though it’s 24 hours and there were plenty of employees sitting about. So rude. Won’t give this location my business again.
Store is ok but not happy about political stickers that are all over the parking signs and stop signs in the parking lot. Also on handicap parking signs they have been there for weeks.
Do yourself a favor and don't go to this McDonald's. We were greeted with an attitude and we were made to wait. Then a car pulls up to the other drive thru and gets to order before us after we had been in line for 5minutes. She kept saying I'm busy here...finally get to order and it isn't correct. They tried to give us 4 drinks when we ordered 2 meals. Go inside to get our money back and of course they didn't give us a receipt. Employees were openly hostile. Manager had to make up an order to give me my money back. Save yourself the aggravation .... They are getting 1 star because it won't let me do a no star review. Oh and I used to manage a. McDonalds for years.
