Very disappointed 9:20pm no crispy chicken and no French fries . Also manager Rosa was rude.
Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches one with the big box and the other one by itself, and 8 pcs crispy chicken , the sandwich was very dry, had just a little bit of sauce and the 8 pcs chicken were burnt and had no flavor. Very disappointed
What a shock- Pricing! I stop to pick up lunch for myself and another person, the place was empty! After seeing prices I understood why! Two chicken strip combos were over $20.!!!! Visit area for a conference, tomorrow will find another place to pick up lunch!!!!$ KFC , are you that greedy?
Asked for extra gravy on my bowl got served basically soup. Was traveling so super hard to eat and couldn't waste time turning around. Very disappointing
I'm a superintendent for a national general contractor. I'm working here in Bonita Springs area for 3 months. I always search out search out KFC in whatever town I'm working in. After working the 12 hour A-day I ordered 2 meals. One meal to eat for dinner and another meal to take for lunch the following day. Come to find out that the chicken strips were all raw. After already putting in a long day I didn't want to have to go back out, so I called the restaurant. I spoke to a female manager and she said that she would put my name in the office and that all I would have to do is come in and give my name and I could redeem my replacement meals. A few days later I did just that and was told my name's not there and that they can't help me. Is this the way you treat a loyal KFC customer?
My gosh, sure has improved from the last crew. Very impressive. Food good and hot. Liked the chicken sandwich alot.
Food came out fast she said everything was in a bag I should have checked it drove home about 20 minutes home open the bag they forgot the french fries and macaroni and cheese drove back 20 minutes and got an attitude from the Young girl she gave me the large fry so it's filled up halfway I asked to talk to the manager and she said he was busy he couldn't talk I got him to talk to me and they filled it
Beyond chicken nugs that weren't held too long were good, some were old and hard.... the 3pc fried chicken was low quality. Coating and frying job was lame. Sad. The drink machine nozzles leaked, they were out of fries.mashed potatoes were lamer than usual.
Like so many places lately it was under staffed. Food was mediocre. There extra crispy want crispy at all
"Fair to middlin'" my old uncle used to say when asked about his health...which was bad and he died. This location is being poorly managed. Unfortunately, there are only 2 KFC locations in Naples FL and this one is better than the one in Golden Gate City (E of Naples.) Perhaps they are both under the same ownership.
