The staff was really nice, they cooked the fries well done as requested, we usually get mushy fries. The staff made this visit 5 stars.
I had the pleasure of having my order taken by Derrek the crew members Aaron and Jordan and I didn't catch the other young man's name but they were so polite, friendly and looked like they love their jobs. Their energy is everything. Definitely will keep coming back.
Dang it I love this Five Guys location. Sometimes, we just go for a shake and a big ol' tub of fries. Even at peak on Friday, they crank it out, baby! The staff is quite comical, when you listen and pay attention, treat them all as people, and don't treat them subserviently. The speed is right there, too. Fresh stuff, good pricing, good location. Place was a mess. One of the employees walked up to a table with a stack of napkins to Clean. The manager or owner needs to spend time here. It was busier than usual because for some reason Culvers dining room was closed. Music was way too loud.
Always reliable fast service & arguably the best burger in the area.. The place next door may have a bigger menu and custard, but Five Guys' burgers and fries are much better... to say nothing of their excellent milk shakes..The fact that service is always quick is a big plus!
I never write food reviews unless I had a bad experience but, I felt compelled to leave a review after the amazing customer service I had when ordering food for carry out. Each staff member was extremely friendly and I felt like I was getting above and beyond service from the team to accommodate my gluten free order. In addition to the friendly staff, my order was also fresh and hot. I rarely eat at five guys but, I will definitely eat there more often after the positive experience I just had.
Five Guys restaurants are usually solid, as is this store. The food was good and done quick. They have a difficult parking situation at this location and maps will send you all the way around the plaza before you get to the correct place.
Derrek took care of us when we picked up s mobile order tonight. Traffic was brutal doubling our travel time to get there. All I could think was cold fries.... but they actually wait to make the fries so they are fresh and hot! My daughter gave me a huge high five in the car when I told her (that's pretty expressive for a 16 year old). Great comfort food on a drizzly dreary day. Derrek was super friendly, commiserated about the traffic, and made the short wait pleasant. He was a great representative of the restaurant and had me smiling on my way to take on the drive home! Every time I go there, the young man that is taking orders and cooking has the greatest personality and is always happy!
I ordered online to be picked up inside at a specific time so I got there 5 minutes early and when I came in the staff said hi to me and asked if I had a pickup or dining in I said pickup and gave my name and they were already working on my order and kept me up to date on the progress. It was ready on time and all the staff was so friendly and helpful and went over my order and made sure everything was correct and asked if I needed anything else. All in all was an excellent experience and I will highly recommend this Five guys and will be coming back. Food was excellent with exceptional service my only regret is I didn't get the staffs names so they will be recognized for their service.
