This DD puts the donuts face down in the bag EVERY TIME! The tall girl who works the window is rude. Both DD in Bonita are 1 star.
I go to Dunkin' Donuts probably four times a week at least to get my frozen coffee with hazelnut flavoring. It's the best give it a try!
I ordered off of door dash and ordered 12 dozen donuts and two orders of the cream filled bagels and got a call from my dasher with one of the workers asking if I wanted different donuts. I said yes I’m ok with that as long as there not jelly or cream filled donuts, I get my order and I got everything but my 12 donuts I agreed to when talking to the lady on the phone, worst experience ever.

The manager was extremely rude to me, the lady behind register could not understand my order because I asked for melted sugar. Sje said liquid sugar, I say no little hot coffee to melt real sugar. she says u want hot coffee, so I raised my voice and repeated self for 3rd time and manager says we don't make it that way lose your attitude. Y I never this is the rudest I ever been treated in 26 year of drinking same coffee. Then she handed me a Creamsicle after just calling me rude. I literally said 4 times 1 cream 4 sugar melted sugar. This make me rude and I sm supposed to take a coffee I don't want because manager is a bully
Hit or miss with this Dunkin'. They are definitely slower then the other Dunkin' in Bonita. Food is usually always fresh, and good. There is a particular employee who has been there for some time (at least 3 years). She is rude without question every single time I go to this Dunkin', which is a main reason I stopped going to this location. I gave it another shot last time the kids wanted Dunkin', and sure enough it was that employee at the drive thru window. After spending $30, I asked for a cup of ice water, to which I was told "absolutely not. Our ice machine is broken." Seemed strange, considering I ordered 4 drinks with ice, and there was no mention of the ice machine being broken for my drinks. Got to the window, and said employee proceeded to hand me 4 drinks filled with ice, and then head to the ice machine to fill others drinks directly after. After spending $30 on food and drinks, I would think I could also get a cup of water for my child, specifically without the lies.
The best, most efficient fast food restaurant I have ever visited...bar none. They moved a LONG line of cars at the drive through and got my order right. Kudos to this DD team.
The best Dubkin in this area! I prefer this one out of all the others. From lehigh to Naples. The staff is very friendly, they go over new drinks, help you decide and have you leaving like you just stopped by a friend's. Great way to start the morning!
I am a daily customer of this store, and I can NEVER ever say enough amazing things. Managed exceptionally, and the girls are such a pleasure. My coffee is consistent, and the drive thru moves incredibly quick, given the labor shortage this area has seen!
Great service as always from all the Dunkins with 1 exception. The dunkin on Del Prado in Cape Coral is trash.
