This place definitely makes the best blizzards and just when I thought they couldn't get any better Lilly waits on me and makes an even better Heath Blizzard!! Thank you Lilly definitely the best I've had!
Great place for treats, too many standing folks. They should switch the 2-top tables to 4-top. Blizzards are great ?

Terrible customer service. Asked for extra whip cream and did not get it. Ordered pretzels and after making them, the guy told me they didn’t have cheese to dip them in. He didn’t even offer a ranch or anything to replace it. So pretzels went into the trash because they were dry and not enjoyable. Really glad I tipped them just to be disappointed. What’s the point of having a sign on the door that says “Fan First Promise” and then do nothing to fix the order?
Friendly fast service. Great ice cream. Only downside is not many places to sit.

Website says they close at 10pm, and we arrived at 8:55 pm there were two people sitting on the outside bench eating their ice cream. The girl inside ran to the door and locked it, then ran back behind the counter and turned off the lights. Another car pulled in and asked if they were closed and when we told them yes, they were a little upset. I called the manager the next day and before I could say why I was calling he said I know we closed early last night due to just a few customers. I told him we drove from mid Naples area and didn’t appreciate how that went down. He said sorry. Sorry is nice but doesn’t replace my gas or time! Joke was on them as we went to Royal Scoop and had a much better Banana split and service!

Nice shop and friendly servers. DQ has the best ice cream and treats for any occasion. Carry out or there's a small area (4-5 tables) for eat in. Fun place.
Horrible customer service. The apparent "manager" has no manners. If their customer service could be rated zero, I would have. We came in the store with 3 children and she was annoyed at the kids trying to decide on their order. When I complained for her behavior and the attitude she was giving us, she even raised her voice at me. We stayed at the store and she continued to badmouth us and talk about us with her peers. Worse experience I've ever had at a dairy queen.
