When I dine out I judge a restaurant based on ambience, service, and food quality. Cirella's fails on all three. Ambience - the noise level was beyond extreme with clearly inebriated patrons literally shouting across the table. Management was oblivious or some of the waiters joined in. Service was terrible, waiters were more interested in kibitzing with regulars or hanging out around the bar. Server never checked back to see if we were OK, which we definetly were not. I had to chase our server down after waiting 15 minutes for the check. We had sushi, which was very overpriced and bland. Lots of "krab", cucumber, and avocado. What fish there was was of dubious quality. There are plenty of good restaurants in the Naples/Bonita Beach area. Don't waste your time or money here.
Thought we would try Cirella's for sushi dinner. The noise was awful, like a sports bar, not a restaurant. Service was bad, waiters seemed to disappear or hang out with friends in the bar area. The less said about the sushi, the better. Very overpriced, bland, uninspired. Won't be back!
Great attention and great food. We had sushi and it was delicious, definitely we have to come back and try the Italian.It might be weird the combination but somehow it works.
Sushi pasta who woulda thought it would work, right? Well I ordered sushi and Pasta Fagiole and my wife ordered the same. Her sushi was bland while mine was delicious. Our friends had similar experiences around our table. So we liked some sushi rolls better than others and some Italian dishes had more flavor than others out of the five of us. The wine bottles a cab and a zinfindel were house favorites but priced like fine wine and were just average. We will try again and switch up our order as my wife’s Italian and it’s hard to please a foodie. . . , right.
We’ve been to the restaurant several times. We made a reservation in advance. When we arrived we asked for an empty table by the window. The hostess told us we couldn’t have the table as it didn’t work for their server. Within 2 minutes of being seated at a different the table in a corner the table was filled. Our server was fine. The food is mediocre at best. Upon leaving another server approached us to ask if she could help. We stated that the hostess was rude and uncooperative. The server told us to get the heck out and walked away. Our recommend stay away, not worth the hassle.
Consistently good food and service. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent, fresh sushi. Great Happy Hour. This is our go-to restaurant.
Been there quite a few times 1st time last night Thursday 1/27 had this Bartender Always Sat at the bar The most ignorant, Rudist Bartender. Only took care of and Flirting with her regular Old men. Disappointed and Disgusted. Very Uncomfortable Sorry we Stayed ...Done
Awful sushi. If you are expecting decent raw sushi do not bother. Tasteless salmon, tuna and yellow tail. Nothing like pre pandemic offerings or quality. I will not be back and will not recommend to anyone who expects anything other than bad food, poor presentation and inflated prices. Stick to the Italian menu here. So disappointed. Hope that I will not be sick tonight.
my sister and I visit Bonita Springs every year for our Dad's birthday. He is Cirellas regular, Tom Atkins. This is one of the places that we HAVE to eat while here. I am officially a sushi eater thanks to your delicious tuna rolls!! everything we ate was excellent!
Had the veal chop (bone in) Parmigiano and it was fantastic. The calamari and arancini apps were excellent. Service was good considering how busy it was. Highly recommend!
