Carrabba's in the early afternoon on Sunday..awesome..not crowded..which gave our server Cody more time to just be there and do all he could to make our meal enjoyable and was great about checking in us without being overbearing... food started with my favorite the bread and olive oil with seasoning..delicious" hot fresh..and came out quickly..drinks ordered and easy to place..( The bar didn't have a couple simple liquors but no fault of our server and what we had was still tasty. .. rum & coke and a White Russian. Tasty.. we started with a couple apps. The medley mix.." stuffed mushrooms *yum" the mozzarella sticks with marinara and calamari with marinara. All delicious...2nd app was the caprese salad..mozzarella with baby tomatoes: fresh basil and a drizzle ( which I could had enjoyed more of..very tasty) then after that we enjoyed along with out bread delicious salads. Mine a Ceasar Salad. The 2nd a regular salad with ranch Parmisian dressing..I thought tasted great..and then lastly our delicious entre.. lobster ravioli..delicious " what made it better. Was nothing was rushed and sitting at the table all done at once. Thank you to the kitchen and definitely our server Cody..also a great perk was having a DINE account" which is for the sibling restaurants as well..an opportunity to earn freebies or money off. I had the nice privilege of having a $10 dollar off meal coupon.. that was nice and earned more for out next dinner out... the bathrooms were clean " stocked and it was a nice quiet repreve from moat visits where it's loud and can be hectic... service A+ ..food great..and account opportunities nice..as well as having plenty to take back and enjoy later..which I did.. thank you for a nice experience I'll definitely be back ..and to the server..it was made nice because of the great service.. I'd highly recommend checking them out and go when it's not so busy..you'll thank yourself and enjoy even more"""
There was a mix-up with our curbside pickup order and someone took the wrong bag which had our order in it. While inconvenient, the manager and staff did everything they could to make it right. Nobody is perfect and while there are bound to be mistakes when dining at a restaurant, it is good to know that their staff will be courteous, kind, and work hard to make your experience great.
Food was delicious, good sized portions, and priced right. Nice menu selection. Next time we will definitely leave room for desert. Service was prompt and friendly. Can't wait to go again.
They do a really good job here. The girls and guy that host are very friendly, accommodating and we're quick to get us bags for our left overs and even put them in the bag for us. The food is excellent I highly recommend the sausage lentil soup it is amazing if you like that sort of thing; very flavorful. Waitress was also very nice, we came at a very busy time for dinner and you could tell she was busy but everywhere is short staffed right now so if you can't be understanding of wait times and waitresses literally working extra hard to even get you served than you shouldn't be eating out. Very hard workers. Thanks guys & girls we loved our meal :)
First time ever to try Carrabba's, walked in 30 minutes before closing, and the mgr still seated us, and said no problem. The waitress was awesome. We ordered and had our food within 30 minutes, and food was excellent. We went down and left within 50 minutes, and we didn't feel rush. There were still 10-12 other guest still in restaurant. We would recommend restaurant!
We’ve been to several different Carrabas and this one is pretty typical, average tasting food, something for all different appetites. Only thing to keep in mind that their call ahead really isn’t call ahead and is pretty useless. We called at 6pm, we’re told it’s a 15 mins way, put our names on the list, arrived at 6:15, and suddenly it’s a 40 min wait. We were in good company- most people waiting had same experience. We witnessed both hostesses being very unpleasant to servers customers.
I had dinner here yesterday and it was delicious. I had Linguini Positano which I loved. I had enough for a second meal. My server was very friendly and attentive, checking on me frequently. The bus boy was also attentive, whisking away used or unneeded items. This is an excellent restaurant.
Not impressed anymore. Haven't been to Carrabba's in about 3 years (use to go 2 times per week) and truly the food quality has diminished some as did the service. Maybe that explained why it wasn't busy during dinner like it use to be. The blackberry Sangria was still good however.
Horrible customer service via phone. Before I was even able to speak with someone, the host would would answer and put me immediately on hold— this happened repeatedly for 15 minutes. Once he finally came around to take my order he was just rude, and kept rushing me to finish. It was a “big order” I ordered 3 entrees & 3 kids meals— I get it but the customer service was just unacceptable. I provided feedback on my thought and he immediately hung up. I called back spoke to a manager and they didn’t seem to care less. Sad to see how horrible the service has become at this restaurant. I worked in the service industry as a hostess before and I understand the pressure, however my managers would not tolerate this type of behavior. This review is not to obtain any benefit / compensation but rather to raise awareness so management team can coach their employees.
Excellent service! Delicious food! Had a sausage lentil soup that was delicious with a spicy kick. The stuffed mushroom and calamari apps were amazing. Not even able to eat our entrees because we were stuffed. Large portion sizes. Everything came out hot and fresh. Would definitely go again!
