The crab cakes were quite disappointing. Small in portion for the expense, very little crunch, and quite distastefully soggy. Everything else was fairly decent but not great for food. The wait staff was amazing and genuine.
I hesitated to write this review, as I frequent the location in Fort Myers and have never encountered a problem. But the Bonita Springs location was appalling. We were met with inhospitality the moment we entered the restaurant. They did not want to sit us (we ended up in the back of the restaurant), they did not want to serve us (eventually a bartender came to take our order), they did not make us feel welcomed (we didn’t even get bread!). My husband and I are not Caucasian and we were treated like “less than”. It is appalling that this behavior still exist and is accepted in today’s society. All of your staff should be trained in diversity & inclusion. You are in the business of hospitality — act like it!

The dining room was packed when we arrived. It seems like a very popular place. The service was good and most of the staff very pleasant. The food was OK. Some of the dishes were too salty for my taste and the fishes ( we had two dishes)a little bit too dry.
Amazing food! I won’t lie the drive up and parking lot makes you feel like you’re about to get thrown on a fishing boat. But it’s a great place to eat. Our waitress was amazing. The food was good and reasonably priced. I would definitely come back
I had my friend in town from St Louis. She wanted to eat here. What a big disappointment the salad we got had some brown lettuce not to bad. But she ordered a 2 go order and the salad was All brown lettuce and her mac and cheese was all watery. Well she was back in Naples when she found this out. She ordered it for her elderly parents. I use to love this place. Not sure what has happened.
Appetizer of bang bang shrimp is their signature dish. Reasonable price a size for two people before main meal. Size of drinks and price are so so. I had a small piece cod fish with a good portion of spinach that was saturated in water and a very very small scoop of garlic mashed potatoes. Price seems a little for what you get. That all I like to say
Great martinis and love the special one now offered.
The service and quality of food have dramatically declined in the last 2 years: we have been eating at Bonefish for the last 18 years.
Bonefish always serves great seafood! The bang bang shrimp are a must have. The ahi tuna appetizer is the best in town. And their crab bisque melts in your mouth. Bang bang tacos, Chilean seabass, and the shrimp with linguini are a few of my favorite main dishes. My father also likes the pork chops. If you're here during the fall, they serve a fresh apple martini that is to die for! Enjoy your visit!Edit: they took the ahi appetizer off the menu. The lava cake is delicious too!Pictured is the Bang Bang Tacos and whipped potatoes...delicious!
