Used to be a decent place to get Wendys...no longer true!! Dont waste your money there...they will be completely closed down soon!
Unfortunately this used to be much better quality restaurant, which is what is needed in this plaza. The food quality is poor, dried cold burgers and very stale over salted fries. This location does not seem to care. Will not be going back.
Couldn't tell you about my experience with this place because unfortunately they don't have up-to-date business hours showed up at 10:45 and got a message from the drive-thru that said the location was closed wouldn't be so bad if I didn't waste a trip
If your hours are until 1am, make sure you serve till 1am.Do not waste people's time to drive out and leave empty handed.
Whoever is running this place needs to be fired or helped out. They’re are usually only two or three people working the whole place. These poor people are getting overwhelmed and overworked and have no help especially during the middle school lunch rush. Someone needs to hire more staff and help these poor workers out and get the place running again. I feel bad for the staff because they are probably so tired from running a two man show the whole day. Owner or Manager needs to get a grip and get more people to help out ong.
Joke. Went to drive-thru Sat 4/15 at 10:30p. Could hear people inside over intercom but no one answered. Drove to window, another car waiting to speak to someone but left when no one came. You could see people in the store but they ignored us at the window. I won't waste my time coming to this place again.
Very disrespectful and rude service from the lady taking orders in drive thru with short hair . I hope she is trained on better customer service
This place it’s been close 3 days ago, what happens with the employees and than people complain about isn’t jobs up there …Come on!!
Hard to believe this Wendy's is in boca. Lots of fly's can barley order at the counter without being swarmed by them. Food wasn't good had to have them remake it twice
It’s 12:45 pm on a Sunday. I stop by to grab lunch with my children and try to open the first door to dine-in. It was locked. Walked around to the other side, tried to open, it too was locked. Drive thru was filled w cars. I walk to the drive thru window and ask if they were open. They said yes. I asked why the doors are locked and they said the dining room is closed. I said is it due to COVID ? The answer I received was no. So no lunch… no service.Ok. Guess I won’t be back here again.
