A hard working old man was so nice but all other employees were rude and nasty and refused to help him. An employee lady taking orders at the window taking order discriminated old guy by saying go home and that he has to retire and be fired. She was very nasty and rude and told me to leave since I was waiting to pay with a credit card but the system did not properly worked and she refused to assist. I expect her to be fired for discrimination towards old employee and me and being disrespectful. She has to face consequences
Worst and slowest drive through I have ever been to. Consistently horrible service. Employees seem nice but clearly lacking even a shred of proper management
It's 7:30 am...the sticker at door say it open at 7....but it's close. The lady say I should go to the drive thru...at drive thru nobody answer. I went to the window, the lady look at me from inside store and pretend that I not there...TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...
I went through the drive-thru, my fish sandwich was over cooked. But didn't know it until I had left.The order/cashier was so sweet as she was professional, helpful and caring.
This Wendy's location doesn't have the staff to run the restaurant. I came for dinner time and the inside door was locked at 6pm. Went to the drive thru and I was told that they forgot to unlock the door as if this was the morning. Anyways low staff equals to super slow times. Not worth it to fight them
The staff is above and beyond. They’re incredible- I know it’s fast food but they did everything they could to assist me. Unfortunately they were out of stock on a lot of things, including soda AND ice....no ice lol! They said the general manager is leaving soon, this may have something to do with it. It’s not an excuse to leave the people hanging! I just wanted some fountain coke- the only reason I came, and they were out of it. 3 stars, but the staff is 5.
I ordered a salad with no blue cheese. Was told it doesn't come with blue cheese ( when it clearly said it on the menu) . I threw the whole salad in the garbage and left. Didn't even want to go back in to complain, I was so disgusted.
Terrible customer service. Drive thru lady was rude and did not get the order right at all.
Got there at 10:40am only to find out the doors were locked and had to get back on the car to order through the take out window. Not what I expect when I like to sit and eat my food. (not in my car).
I just waited over an hour for my meal here at the drive thru with only 7 cars in front of me, they were out of bbq sauce, fries were served cold… everything was cold…I’m never eating at this Wendy’s again!
