HORRIBLE! as an office employee I ordered my food online and request to get delivered by grubhub. They messed up my order, items were missing and they did not give my money back!!! so I waste my time, I am still hungry and they kept my $10 for no reason. never ever again!
Awful, awful, AWFUL SERVICE. Our order came out completely wrong and the person taking the order was EXTREMELY RUDE. Seems everybody inside this store doesn't wanna be actually working.
Service flat out was the worst,waited over10 mins for 3meals, medium coffees that came with meal were half filled n served cold....weekday service is much better
I’ve had absolutely the worst experience there. No customer service. Workers staring at their phones. They don’t care about customers. I’m never going there again!

Things sure have changed since I worked in fast food service. Generally you had to smile and be welcoming with customers. I never saw the drive through guys face the entire time. He kept his back to me, hand me everything by twisting his arm back. No thank you, no have a good night. Nothing. My fries were cold and burger tasted funny. Won't ever come back here again.
Whoever was doing the drive-thru when I went was not able to do their job properly they had a long line they couldn't understand things we waited and waited and we finally just drove away like the person ahead of us they drove away people were driving away because it was ridiculous so sorry.
They take a while to make food, but they do well over all. I got the four for four because its the best deal obviously. They have the cool electronic drink dispenser as well as the place is kept clean.
