I have frequented many locations over the years and typically had great service and food. I've come to this location that's nearest to my house, I have still yet to receive food each of the 3 times I've tried. 3rd attempt I felt deserved a review hoping ownership might attempt to fix these issues. Next time I might have to reach out to the regional manager who's a friend of mine. First time I walked inside 30min before dining room closing time, told that the door should have been locked, and I had to use the drive thru. Since I walked there Ientioned that I couldn't use the takeout window, and if he could take my order I'd eat elsewhere so they could lock up, I was denied service. 2nd time they were locked up 45 minutes early with 3 staff embers chatting up with jo cars in line. 3rd instance was today July 24th at 730pm(closes at 9pm) 2 employees were at a table talking, not having a lunch break, I assume since they weren't eating. Doors were locked and yet again I had to spend money at McDonald's instead. I hope whoever is in charge or owns this location, might read this and try to rectify this staff issue. I'm in the restaurant industry and understand the workforce might be understaffed, but these employees are costing the location more money than they might notice. If you have a register open and food to sell, then personally I would try to make sales, not deter customers and have them give your direct competition their money instead. If you need competent management to turn this store's potentially ill-fated future around, I would offer my 17 years of restaurant management experience and motivate or replace the employees giving this location such a bad reputation. Wendy's is better than these experiences I've had here, I hope something is done before the franchise rights become revoked over poor business practices. Thank you, and I hope for a better experience to come.

Horrible service! They decided to close the diner with no signs or warnings their website still showed as if they were open. Upon calling and asking if we could order to go as we were outside they just hung up on us and we’re extremely rude!!

This Wendy is okay the food is not the best and the baconater fries are not like other Wendy’s the drinks were amazing, friendly staff, average food!

Customer ServiceAs soon as I pull up, guy picks up mic "go ahead" before i can ask for a second he says abruptly "go ahead with your order". I place my order he says pull around. Asked for no ice got a cup full of ice. No ketchup with a sandwich meal. Old fries. No receipt. When asked he said "we don't have paper". Not a good 1st visit. Someone did mention it's a hit or miss location ?Week later...Whatever happened to welcome to Wendy's, how can I help you, let me know when you're ready to order etc...I just don't get the go head. I understand it's fast food but really... and it's the same guy (looks like a manager due to his shirt). Normally, I'd prefer Wendy's over McDonalds. But lack of customer service and no chicken sandwich 4 for 4 drove me across the street.Not only did I pay less. I got MUCH better customer service, fresh food, and they were expedient.

Worst fast food experience due to lack of training.Justin the manager not only has poor service etiquette but intimidated his employee to not answer basic questions. Further outcome needed to create better service which results in more revenue. Curious if corporate will review

So I come to this locating and one car at window. I ask for them to give me less than 30 seconds. I respond and requested my order. Then I’m told one moment. I waited one minute then I say hello and told again wait one minute with an attitude. I wanted 45 seconds and then told again to wait a moment. I ask who’s the manager and a male said “I’m the manager , what’s the problem?” Why is this male manger speaking over a lady when I’m speaking with her. I was trying to feed my son. This is how you treat people? Then a woman tells me I’m the manager? What kind of business are you guys running here. Your location is below a five star. The owner or corporate office should look into why this location has very poor reviews. This is unacceptable that the manager cut off individual speaking to me in an aggressive manner. Look I understand we all have our moments, however this should never happen to a client. Without client your out of business and that’s where this location is going. All the best as I will never eat here ever again!

Terrible experience- will never attend this franchise or store again including advising +600 employee business word of mouth- Store Manager Richard ( unethical,rude,unprofessional and lacked severe training). 4.14 unprofessional experience to call and speak with a real Store or Regional Manager stated he would not advise. There are 3 reviews within 24hr experience. Corporate review should review if they care about this locations revenue and name of "Wendy's".

I hate it there worst customer service plus they always closing the inside due to fact some of the people don’t have Vehicles so how are they supposed to go in the drive-through to order if the inside is close this is the worst restaurant I ever been to I recommend nobody to go there because they don’t know how to treat their customers

Don't waste your time at this location. Shift management is a joke at night. The location is constantly closing early before the listed times, sometimes 2-3 hours early. Meanwhile employees will be hanging out outside the store on their phone ignoring customers. You'll have better luck across the street at McDonalds.

The worst Wendy’s BY FAR!!!!! Everyone who works there is RUDE and you wait WAAAAAAAY TOO LONG to even order let alone get your food right! I will no longer spend 1 penny at this horrible location!!!! I wish I could give it ZERO stars but that’s not an option on here!!!!!
