First time here. Great customer service. Clean bathrooms and clean dining area. Portions were great (everything bagles with chunky chicken salad (very fresh), price a bit high but we all know that recession is taking place so...its obvious raising prices is a must to survive. Ladies that served me was courteous and kind. The gentleman at the register was courteous and kind as well.I will be coming back ???
I was in this restaurant last week, and the food was adequate. However, my one star review is geared towards the customer service. I don’t know what is going on, but three different employees were unnecessarily rude to my parents and I. One employee even claimed to be the manager. Both my mom and I were waiting to be served at the counter, and each employee kept insisting that someone else was going to help us in an extremely nasty tone. No one wanted to help us, claiming they were too busy. I don’t know if they are understaffed, however I was in the restaurant industry for 9 years and no matter how busy I got, I was never this nasty or rude to a customer. A simple, “We will be with you momentarily” would have sufficed instead of a condescending, nasty attitude. For these reasons, I will not be returning to this business.
I ordered one everything bagel with ham & cheese. Most places this exact bagel costs $3-5, they wanted to charge me $13 plus tax. And no it didn’t come with any sides or a drink. I walked right out because that’s an absolutely insane price.
Great for dine-in and takeout. Sometimes it is Excellent, gave it 4 because there is the occasional "miss" - but not so much as to keep me away. It is casual, Mostly have a wrap (gyro), because that is what I am craving, so I go there. One of these days I will try something else - everything looks great.
These bagels are delicious! Fluffy, airy, and when they are toasted, heavenly!The waitresses are all extremely kind! Despite being ONE for breakfast, they sat me in a booth, served me as If i were a party of 10! I felt special. The place is clean and food delicious! Excellent service!
Overpriced and underserved. Absolute Bismil amount of cream cheese spread on my bagel. ZERO to none. The vegetable spread has hardly any veggies inside too. Terrible what this " potus 46 " has done to our local businesses. very disappointed I even had to reset my password to write this review...
THERE ARE BETTER BAGEL PLACES THAN THIS! I would not recommend this place at all. The service is terrible, the staff look like they are miserable, and they treat you like you’re invisible. Unless you ask for service you will not get any. There were people that came in and left because no one came to serve them. We had to ask for water several times because they Would not give it to us. The food was subpar at most. I wish they were better. I enjoy helping out local businesses but they need to really revamp that place.
I order breakfast for my family from Way Beyond Bagels every Sunday. For the last 5 Sunday’s they have messed up my order. Im done ordering from this place!
This place was recommended to me by a friend in my community. My mother and I went there for breakfast and, I think it's a cute and good place to go for breakfast. And, there bagels happen to be good as well. Our food was good; we both got egg and cheese on a toasted Bagel and coffee. The service was friendly and quick. The place is clean, they sanitize every table after someone leaves as well as there is seating outside. I definitely would recommend going here for breakfast. Service was great, quick and our waitress was very friendly.
This place has gone so downhill. Every single time I call in an order, they get it wrong, even after I have them repeat it back. This time, the bagel was stale. The service is consistently bad and they’ve raised prices. The sandwich is in no way worth $15
