My wife & I are on vacation for my 40th bday, I'm a cigar lover & wanted to visit this lounge again as I had been there before the new ownership (When it was ASH). Got there at 3pm on 07/27(My Bday)... They were still closed, despite their hours of operation showing they should've been open for 3 or 4 hours by already. No answer at the phone & no signs on the door saying they would not be open today. Just a ghost town, a wasted drive, time & gas money. Luckily 3 other patrons who arrived while I was there were also let down & had their time & $$ wasted suggested we check out "Strikes Cigar Lounge" just up the road. So we did & it was a fantastic experience, very nice place, great selections, friendly staff, & awesome drinks! Will definitely visit them again... True on the other hand... Not so much!
Eddie was amazing! He made the best smoked old fashioned. The atmosphere was relaxed and I would definitely go back. I like that they serve food as well, the menu was diverse and the wings were delicious.
I scheduled a meeting yesterday in True Cigar Lounge not knowing what to expect.Service - Out of this world 5 starCigar - fresh and enjoyableAtmosphere - relaxing and out of this worldAmbiance - amazing vibesSeating - perfect. Indoor and outdoor seating. Every seat is comfortable and spacious.Service - best that there isI highly recommend this place for any chill and/ or meeting. I will definitely be back.
This girl sat here AAAAAAALL night and didn’t even give us service!!!!! We had to go up to order every single time, she never came back to our table to check on us, she just sat down and smoked her vape all night! We even ordered food and she didn’t even think to come and clear our table when we were done with drinks, never had the kindness to offer napkins, and never took away my ash tray. She even asked me the price if he cigar….I could have lied or she could’ve charged me incorrectly!!! This is bad business practices. To make matters even worse, she charged me $4 for a “Fiji Water”, when I was given a regular cheap Zephyrhills bottle instead and she couldn’t fix the charge! This place is horrible, no wonder they had to change the name and re-brand, because they don’t do good business. Me and my friend are literally THE ONLY people here at 9:00pm….it’s embarrassing. Close the doors bro! With “Helen Keller” runnin the joint, these folks are in bad shape!
Great place with comfortable chairs to sit in. Ask for V she will make you the best cocktail
I can not believe I just found this place. I live around. The corner. I walked in an was welcomed by Valaine and the other guest were a great group of ppl to sit have have a cigar with. I appreciate that they are dog friendly as well. My wife loved that. We will be back!
In business, most places can blend. Few businessesstand out. When I think about what makes a placeunique, it starts with the people. The manager, her name is V(Valaine), begins making me espresso as soon as she sees me walk up. And as I enter the building, I already have what I want before I say a word. And that is truly the best service. Also, the cigar selection here works for everyone. They have affordable cigars, and they have high-end. Overall I have yet to find a cigar in their selection that I don't like. Excellent place to host events. The rest of staff is amazing!
I walked in very nice humidor selection… 12 TVS’s!!! Nice chairs, great exhaust system.. definitely a hidden gem and the Bartender V is amazing terrific customer service made me feel very welcome
Really nice place, indoor/outdoor seating, capacity for private parties. New management dedicated to customer experience, great bartenders serving up shots, cocktails, beer, whatever you need. Nice Cigar selection, plus exclusive membership opportunities.
We had a fantastic time. Great cigar selection, extremely nice staff, other patrons were very nice as well. Every time I am visiting, I will frequent this establishment.
