Ordered delivery at 6:35 and received a delivery time for 8:00. Rainy night so we understood. By 8:10 no delivery so we called to inquire about our order. The person answering the phone rudely stated the delivery times “don’t count tonight” I literally live one mile away. I think 90+ minutes should be more than enough time and if it isn’t I would expect an updated ETA. They use an automated online system that updates delivery times based on business. How hard is that? I was told they couldn’t give me an updated delivery time. I asked if he could at least tell if it was out for delivery. I was placed on hold and then told it was out for delivery. The delivery arrived just minutes later. The pizza was not hot, the toppings were sparse and the crust was not cut all the way through. The cheesecake we ordered for dessert was warm, as well. Overall, customer service and the food was definitely not worth the cost. It’s been 2 years since I’ve ordered here for these same reasons but decided to give it another try tonight. Never again. Seriously, don’t waste your money here.
One of my favorite restaurants in the the world. I know that sounds crazy, but Tomasso's consistently never disappoints. I don't know how you do it, but I'm grateful for the quality and service you have been giving us for so many years. If your visiting Boca, I highly recommend you visit this family owned and operated business. You won't be disappointed.
Probably the worst pizza I've ever had in 40 years! Whose idea was it to only put sauce around the perimeter near the crust and not all over the pizza? Speaks volumes about what you think of your customers!
A fantastic restaurant to grab a quick slice of pizza for lunch! The food is excellent, and so is the service. When you try their food, every ingredient screams premium. Come here if you've been looking for a great local pizza place!
Probably the best pizza I've ever had in Florida! Great Sicilians as well. Definitely a save when I'm in town. Crust was definitely on point! Closest thing to Brooklyn Pizza I've had
Best place in Boca for a basic slice or calzone. There are dozens of pizza places in Boca and more opening every day. Most are horrible. Tomassos has been around for decades for a reason. They use fresh ingredients and don't skimp on the toppings. The only negative is the lack of parking.
I came to this place for the first time and I was not disappointed. I have passed this place on a number of occasions and kept saying to myself I should try it. I ordered the Eggplant Banzini and it was delicious! It is made with garlic bread. Simply wow! If you like to eat healthy, let this be your cheat day. We'll worth it!!
I've been eating pizza at Thomasso's for 20 years. It's as good now as it was then. GREAT crust! Light, airy and crisp. There's no sag in this pizza. Tasty sauce and real whole milk mozzarella make this the best pie you will eat in Boca.
Damn good slice! It’s all in the sauce and Val’s thin crust ?? #Fogetaboutit #NewYorkerApproved
What the heck happened to this place? They used to have amazing pizza. It seems like the sauce recipe has changed dramatically, and the pizza definitely doesn’t taste like it used to.
