Nice little place to have a few brews or drinks. Decent sized beer menu and great spicy Bloodys. Food looked good tho we didn't order any ourselves. Will come check it out again.
The service was great and the waitress was really cool. I ordered the fish and chips but was not impressed. Definitely tasted plain and was made for older people with diabetes.
The food is excellent, the service is excellent! Why bother going to the ave when it’s a better time here. Thank you to everyone that takes care of me there!

Maybe it was Covid, maybe it was the other people that were there.. but the food was so-so, and the place was loud and not a pleasure. Our beer was warm, and the food cold.. not a good combo.
Ok, so I'd love to tell you this place sucks just to keep everyone away but here's the truth:Great local bar with awesome food. The place is usually half filled with local "regulars" which gives it a "Cheers" kind of feel. Bartender is always friendly even while being right out straight. Great beer selection, I'm not a beer guy so I'll leave it at that. Mixed drinks are done right. Food is more on the tavern side for choices but is very good! Try the Duck chips, homemade potato chips...to die for! Hamburgers are huge and delicious, fish and chips, very good also. Parking can be tight but I've always found a place. They have darts and I assume a competitive group of lads and lasses that play. Your money and time is well spent here!

Very laid back, huge selection of drinks friendly staff, and way better food that I was expecting from a bar. we went twice on a short 3 day trip, I recommend you give it a try.
