I love cheesecake factory, but this time not as good as in the past. Maybe it's just the location. My food was very dry. I didn't complain because it was quite busy. They didn't get a good rating. Still one of my favorite places.
I went to the Cheesecake Factory the other night for an early dinner with my wife. The food was very good and tasty. We both had the chicken Marsala. The chicken was so soft you didn’t need a knife to cut it. There were plenty of mushrooms and the Marsala sauce was delicious. You cannot go to the Cheesecake Factory without having dessert. We shared the tuxedo cheesecake which has a mouse and cheese cake filling with fudge on top and of course the wonderful whip cream.The menu is extensive and you can find anything you want to eat. I highly recommend.
Best customer service ever
Service was a bit slow to start, but we weren't in a hurry just thirsty... good was tasty, desert was not too sweet not to sour.... ? banana cheesecake. Bathroom could have used a picker upper.. for was soaked seat cover and paper towel scanty.
A little pricey but well worth it. There’s a hotel next door right in the center of where everything is. Oh did I mention they have the best Cheesecake?
Obviously best cheesecake options in variety and quality. Very convenient to have lunch or dinner. Waiting time can be bad, an hour or more if its a weekend. As you know their startup bread is also well known for it softness and great taste. Their menunis long... On the healthier side go ahead and try their salmon, Mignon or any of their chicken options. You won't go wrong on any of them, keep an eye on the calories, haha. Piece of cheesecake at the end, can't miss it.

We went there with family. The waiter was terrible, didn’t look when we needed to order an extra drink or something else. The food was not properly prepared and the table wasn’t clean. We went there because of the cheesecake. Even those were disappointing.
Really disappointed. I used to visit often and enjoy every visit. Tonight however was not pleasant. My Chinese Chicken Salad was tough and the rice noodles were stale. No more slivered almonds and only four Mandarin Orange segments capped the disappointment. My friend has a flat bread that was tough and very salty. Very disappointed
My family and I were able to get a table outside and enjoy a nice lunch. The people that attended to us were nice, polite and understanding on everything we wanted and needed. We ordered 4 different items and each one was excellent to eat. Will go back again.
