Staff was nice. Food was okay. Place had very limited seating which was either dirty or occupied by supplies. Soda fountain only had flat syrupy beverages. Tried it because I was in the area, but would not go back.
Food is good that is not the issue the issue is that the cleanliness is less desirable I came in there today had to clean my own table the floors were dirty bathrooms not clean. They also had an issue that they were out of the root beer but did not have a sign up and no lids for the cups. As a cook supervisor they need to pay attention to detail and get their act together its Boca not WPB
Picked up food there tonight. 3lg bowls. 2chicken and 1 chicken breast. My dad tried it first and didn’t eat it. Chicken wasn’t cooked through, veggies were basically raw and had no taste. My fiancé and i tried ours next same thing. Chicken wasn’t cooked through veggies were basically raw and rice was like glue. It was $45bucks literally thrown in the trash. Should have read the reviews before going!
When they first opened it was nice. Food was actually really good. Today I ordered 3 teriyaki bowls, they were terrible ? dried up chicken, tasted like chicken had been cooked hours ago and they put it in the bow and threw teriyaki sauce on it. The last time we ordered from there (before today) it was not good but we still wanted to give it another chance… they lost a customer today ?
I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. It was really good then changed ownership, and I felt like the quality slipped a little bit. I just went to try it again yesterday and am already back again today. The manager Eddie and the staff seem to be doing a great job and the quality is back to where it used be. Excellent
Just left add feel like I was robbed. I ordered a regular bowl of the teriyaki chicken and it came out with maybe 8pcs of chicken in it.i even said something to the cashier since she asked how everything was,but she just ran off & said nothing. I even asked another guy that was eating how much chicken he got and his bowl was full & he got a regular as well.i am beyond Angry.UPDATE: I spoke w/the owner Eddie who is a nice guy & explain how they have to follow corporate rules so he didn't want me to be hungry and mad& took care of the situation for me by giving me a free regular size bowl.
We had the chicken Teriyaki BOGO which was very good and the amount of chicken was great but it needed more veggies! I could do with less rice.I just wish the BOGO would let you buy two egg rolls instead of two drinks if you prefer. The coupon could be worded differently to say must purchase 2 drinks OR 2 egg rolls.I don't need a drink. I have drinks at home or I usually just have water.I don't need a drink.I haven't been inside Teriyaki Madness since before the Pandemic.Don't you have any Covid restrictions for the employees?Surprisingly, of the 3 guys working, one wore a mask that ONLY covered his mouth & the other 2 didn't wear masks at all!I don't think any of them wore any gloves when they cooked our food.After I ordered, several people came in and it was crowded while everyone waited for their food.I was first and still had to wait a long time for mine to be ready. They just couldn't or wouldn't keep up.No updates given...They didn't want to talk to anyone!Update: 1/21 2022I might come back if things change because I like the taste of the food.I sure hope you place proper mask & glove restrictions for Covid-19 on ALL employees and the BOGO coupon wording changes to include purchasing two egg rolls or drinks...

Bowls have been good in the past, but lately portions are much smaller and this evening I had to remove two large pieces of plastic wrap from my mouth. I’ve attached a photo. I thought of calling the restaurant, but my husband who picked up the to-go order said it looked like a bunch of high school students who were eating Tijuana Flats at the cash register. Didn’t think they would be able to do much about it. We had stopped ordering from here due to the lesser quality several months ago and after trying it again tonight I am sorry to see things haven’t improved.
Great food definitely reccomend the steak bowl with white rice
