Delicious food enjoyed by all with generous portions. The only down side was our surly waiter whose sarcastic an demeaning attitude was not appreciated.
The portions were tremendous, the food was delicious and the service was attentive and fantastic. We went on a Saturday night in the middle of the summer around 6:30 PM. The place was about half full but I could tell it is very popular. I could picture how busy this place must get in season on a Saturday night and understand why some reviewers have said it took a while for their food. Being off season though, our food came out very promptly and we were very happy with our first time visit. Complementary fresh made hummus and pita squares were brought out right after we sat down. We shared the grilled octopus as an appetizer. Huge chunks of octopus grilled to perfection in a delicious vinaigrette with chopped onions and tons of capers. We could barely finish it. Our entrees were the lamb shank and gyros platter. Both delicious and very generous portions. We took half of each dish home. They have numerous Greek wines on the menu and a Greek beer which was fun to try. We will definitely be back. We have found a new favorite spot.
We consider ourselves very lucky to have found this restaurant, as so many in the area. Starting out with a generous complimentary serving of hummus, which was the best and so fresh. Having our server Chris who was so interesting and personable, good luck to this young man in any of his life goals.The food was delicious and beautifully served, had to take pictures!
Went to Boca for my birthday. I wanted to eat at a local restaurant and I found this gem of a restaurant. They serve delicious mediterranean food. Our server Jani was amazing.
EXTREMELY NOISY INSIDE, ALMOST UNBEARABLE. ALMOST HAVE TO EAT OUTSIDE ALTHOUGH A BIT UNCOMFORTABLE ON A HOT DAY. THE FOOD AND SERVICE WERE VERY GOOD.

The staff of Taverna Kyma made sure that all of their guests had a marvelous Father's Day!! The service, food and ambiance were very special. The Manager, Chris, continually visited tables to inquire of the guests how everything was. Thank you for a very memorable Father's Day!!
The food and ambiance were terrific. The drink prices were outrageous. Someone in our party ordered a vodka martini. He did not choose one of the expensive brands. Price= $17.50. I ordered a vodka and cranberry without specifying a high-end brand. Price: $15.50. Two of the entrees we ordered cost $22.00. So, the two vodka drinks were almost the price of an entree. With all due respect, fancy steakhouses charge the same or less for drinks. While the food was excellent, we will not be ordering drinks there anymore.
Food was fair the pita was full of salt? The soup and the desert were terrible!
