Requested no meat on my food and received meat and potatoes on all my food. Live too far away to drive back, this has happened a few times between the palmetto taco bell and this one and I think Im never gonna go back after this order. 16 dollars to not even be able to eat the food received .
I google this location to make sure it’s open before I drive there. It says open based on hours of operation. I get there 40 mins before the listed closing time and the employees already closed up and are walking out the door. Micky mouse business. Gtfo let a real business open up
This has been my go to taco bell for 15 some odd years or more as its the closest. Before COVID happened you would automatically throw the drink out, or never buy one because they had no syrup in them or it was all carbonated water. The food is fast food taco bell its what you expect, It doesn't last more then a few minutes IMO after that most of it gets soggy no matter hard/soft taco or nacho bell grande. When COVID happened I noticed they had a pepsi van parked out front one day so I can only assume they either serviced or repaired their drink machines and since that day for last ~2 years it has been normal drinks. In the last few weeks though I have noticed them slipping up again and the drinks are back to throw away or don't buy. You can even tell if the drink is going to be bad or not for pepsi, the darker the color the more "normal" it is. I had one tonight that looked like an iced tea it was almost clear.TLDR = Food is normal, Drinks are 50/50
Plenty of workers. No customers in the drive through or the lobby, but they stand at the counter and make you order at the stupid kiosk!
My daughter and I went through the drive thru in West Boca at approximately 9:05 pm. There were no cars in line. We placed our order and drove to the window to pay. My daughter, last minute, asked if we could add an order of nacho fries, so I asked to add that at the window. The girl at the window looked at me and just said, “No.” I thought she was joking. I laughed and said, “Why?” She told me her manager heard me ask and that the answer was no. She also told me that I needed to drive to the end of the line and place another order. I told her that there was only 1 car in line. Again, she told me that the manager said no and to go to the end of the line. I then asked to speak to the manager. I waited several minutes. She (Ashley) finally came to the window and told me, matter-of-factly, “No.” I told her that I had never in my life (30 yrs+) been told, “No.” to this type of request at the window. I asked why I couldn’t add the item. She told me that it wasn’t fair to the people waiting in line and that I needed to drive to the end of the line to place another order. There was still only 1 car behind me. I asked for her supervisors name (Jessica ?) and number & drove away.
they get my order wrong every single time no matter who orders it, if i order it online or in person. Like every single time. and i’m vegetarian so its very disappointing to bite into a full beef burrito when i order a vegetarian one
Soft tortilla, cheese, crunchy shell, meat, lettuce, more cheese, creamy jalapeño sauce; this is what you've been craving all night at work and now you are finally here at Taco Bell at 1 am but thats okay because it says clearly online OPEN LATE till 3am. You sit at the speaker box as your craving gets larger and larger, all the while you see the car in front of you at the window speaking with the employee inside. You scoot up a little bit more, then that car drives off and you think, okay now they will take my order. You wait patiently, maybe they went to the bathroom? You keep waiting... all the while thinking of if you will add fire or mild sauce today and should you get nacho fries??? 10 minutes goes by and then you say...maybe I'll just drive up to the window, maybe the speaker box broke and they couldn't talk to me or hear me saying hello for 10 minutes. You get to the window and behold, on the window it says OPEN UNTIL 3AM, but that can't be right... it's 1:11 and no one is there to take your order. Ah what a shame these nice people must have completely and utterly missed that it said open until 3am when they posted it everywhere. Maybe someone will see this and they will fix their posted times. Ah, guess I'll have to go to McDonald's next door and eat something I havnt been craving since they post the right hours and I know they are actually open.
This taco bell is one of the only ones on point. Tacos taste like my Tia Maria used to make
Absolutely disgraceful, 9:00 at night and I make a mobile PICK-UP order to avoid the drive-thru line before their POSTED HOURS CLOSE, the doors are locked upon arrival and after banging the door to get someone and some dude come out and just puts up a hastily made sign that the lobby is closed early, THEN WHY LET ME PUT IN A MOBILE ORDER. And the icing on the cake is now I have to go through the long drive-thru, and they can’t even see my online order. The McDonalds 2 buildings down is better put together than this dump, and it has been like this since before Covid.
Pretty bad at night, the night staff/manager need to be replaced. They often don't have orders ready for delivery apps, and often have missing items. We go out of our way to go to other taco bells if we're craving it. During the day, they are quick, friendly, great. The night staff are terrible. They are supposed to be open late but will often close way early.
