The employees at night are completely useless and lost. Everytime i go pick up a delivery order at night takes 30 minutes or so nobody is making an effort to get it done. At least you can have uber not call us until order is ready, thats up to you! You are cutting drivers psy by making them be stuck with this order for so long!
The drive thru lady should be fired shes rude and asked me to drive around the drive thru 2 times because there was only one person making food when i told her i wasnt going to she said i was going to wait a long time hpw does that even make sense the difference to drive around when noone is behind me
This is the closest Taco Bell to where I work, so I stop here on occasion going to or from work. Normally I go through the drive-thru, and the service is usually fine, although almost every time my chalupas will not be warm, and usually stale. On my most recent visit yesterday, I dined inside for a change. The dining area was pretty dirty, several of the tables had not been wiped down in some time, and when I went to a clean table, there was shredded cheese on the seat and I had to clear the seat off. As I sat waiting for my order I noticed wallpaper or part of the ceiling drooping in 2 places underneath the overhead menus! (See included photo.) The place is falling apart.A personal message to the Taco Bell corporation: You have some great products, your sauces are excellent! But Taco Bell in particular seems to hire the worst employees, they all seem to have terrible attitudes and could not care less.At a previous visit to a different Taco Bell they actually dropped my food on the floor before it got to me. I'm not sure if I'll be able to tolerate Taco Bell much longer, all fast food seems to be going down the drain pretty quickly now. Here, it seems a lot of the employees don't even speak English. The two stars I gave for the excellent sauces, and the sometimes-warm (but rarely) chalupas, and that's all.Taco Bell might do best buy selling their sauces at retail and just closing everything else down. There just isn't much to recommend for Taco Bell anymore. And it is a terrible shame; when almost all of the fast food places have gone out of business because of terrible employees and run-down buildings, I will look back and probably miss Taco Bell the most.
The only reason I’m giving a 5 star is for a girl named Alley that works there. Her customer service is 100 percent. She made sure to take my order properly by listening to what I had to say and when I got home everything was perfect and so yummy. She always has a smile on her face and gives her 110 percent. I always look forward to going to this Taco Bell to get my tacos because I know that she will make sure everything is right. She deserves employee of the month for her hard work.
People that work there hate themselves so much that it’s visible on their faces. Plus they can accidentally curse when they think you don’t hear them. Unacceptable
Today's visit was one of the worst I have ever experienced. When I went through the drive thru, I was told that the drive thru register was down and I had to go inside. I went inside and the service was terribly slow so I ordered on the kiosk. It took 10 minutes for me ro get my food and when I asked for the freeze I paid for, I was told the freeze machine was down. I was offered a large drink as a replacement. I will not be visiting this location any time soon.
We had a semi large order and were asked to pull around front which is fine. Then they had me move twice more and literally locked the doors in my face when I got out since I figured maybe i misunderstood and they said to park and go in. Ended up going through the drive through again and the lady at the window was quite nasty saying she told me to park. Best part- half the order was missing and they refused to fill since we didn't have a receipt which we asked for. Def better places to grab food which you'll at least get.
Placed a mobile order with drive thru pick up and was told to go inside to pick it up, I had recently injured myself and did not want to go inside. The lady at the front of house was the most rude disrespectful cashier I have ever met, look I know the job isn’t the best, but you absolutely can not treat customers like that. She gave the name of Hannah when asked but that was most likely a fake name. I have put in a formal complaint with corporate as this behavior is untenable.
AS A PAST EMPLOYEE Worst location they Need to pay the workers more money, and get better management the workers suffer because they’re under paid and don’t have knowledgeable leadership, worked fast food it’s never the direct worker or shift leaders fault. Always GM, take care of your staff because they do most of the work
Constantly messing up my order so i started driving to the sandalfoot location where they constantly mess up my order. No meat means meat allergy and spending 16 dollars to receive meat on my food just gives me a big bag of trash to get home to. This franchise needs to take better care of their workers because the lack of respect they receive from the business is coming out onto the customers food.
