Oh God this was bad, sooooo bad. The Thai tea tasted bad, the oolong tea wasn't oolong tea. The waffle things were mediocre at best and the ice cream was good but there was hair in it. The people were kinda rude too so yeah I wouldn't come back.

Wonderful ice cream! Crazy they take scoops of vanilla and mix it with cereal! I got fruity pebbles with Gummi bears and caramel. Gummi bears kinda freeze and get hard so maybe that wasn't the best choice haha hubby got the cinnamon toast crunch and banana. It was great. Very unique and tasty
Super love the boba at this place AND the fact that it's so close. I was very excited for Sugar Milk because I had heard about the northern location and knew it was gonna be good. The boba flavors are great, there's a good variety, and the sizes are fantastic (I love the cute round smalls!!), plus the atmosphere is just soft and bright. Also, did I mention the bubble waffles? Oh my god, the bubble waffles. I will use any excuse to get a bubble waffle. AND a boba, if I'm feeling daring. The boba is good for any occasion, and with the flexibility of the bubble waffles (and reasonable pricing) I'd say they are too. They're just... so good, and that's what it really boils down to. I love cute desserts and drinks, but the FLAVOR. The novelty of blending ice cream with cereal has NOT gotten old. (Cocoa puff ice cream is still my winning choice, topped with strawberries.) Also, I love that they do seasonal creations!

I’ve been getting boba here for about two years. I never go anywhere else and I make the 20 minute drive to the location in Boca or West Palm. That’s how good this place is! I always get the Thai Tea! If you don’t like the tapioca balls they do have other substitutes you can try! They have a huge selection of different kinds of ice cream as well and their bubble waffle cone is always delicious and fresh! The staff is also super friendly and help answer questions you may have!

the shop is a bit tiny. it’s in a quiet plaza in boca. parking is easy tho. the employees are very friendly and helpful and drinks are delicious. i pretty much ordered every cheese tea and my mom tried rose tea and butterfly passion for the first time and she loved it. we drank them before i could take a picture. i’m very sad that i ordered a thai tea and unfortunately i dropped it getting out my car so i guess i have to return and order it again along with 8 other drinks!
