We put out name on waiting listing list with an expected wait time of 2 hours which was fine. After waiting and getting the text to be at the front desk in 5 minutes, we waited an additional 30 minutes before being able to go to an open lane and was told by the front desk the price was higher than what was displayed on the board behind the front desk. We did not stay and felt disrespected after waiting all that time patiently. The only positive was the drinks Jesse (bartender) made were fantastic.
Absolute lack of the customer service. I would stay away from this place.On the June, 12, 2022 I was celebrating my sons 4th birthday and hosted a big party at this place . I have paid about $1200. First they brought a check with wrong amount of guests adding up 2 extra guests which is additional $100.As a result my sunglasses that costed me $300 ( 1/4 of the full cost of the party) that was put in their table which along with my red purse (clearly seen on the picture) has completely disappeared.When I called Strike 10 the next day and asked to check security cameras in order to track my sunglasses I was always sent to leave a message to voicemails with no returned calls or responses. I wrote multiple emails and have not received any responses for more than 3 weeks.After approximately 3 weeks the owner gave me a call explaining that they are not able to show me security cameras for unknown reason and promised to get back to me on my issue, which was never done. On the July, 1st no one still did not follow up on this.Ling story short - prepare that your check will be increased and when you have some issues, most likely this place will ignore you and do not provide a normal customer service.
Very nice place with colorful environment. Brand new lanes are very good for creational bowling. If you are planning a serious game then find a more traditional spot. Comfort food, good service, comfortable seating areas makes this location a good option for fun with friends and family.
This bowling alley deserves 10 stars! It’s a cool spot . Amazing ambiance, customer service super friendly and kind. Food is great we order the margarita pizza, fries and amazing cocktails. It’s a beautiful spot come out and check it out their location is at downtown Mizner park Boca Raton. You will have fun by yourself or with good company.
This place is incredible!!! I highly recommend throwing your next birthday party here!!! The staff is super nice and helpful and make everything so easy and convenient. The kids had a blast and I did not have to worry about cooking or cleaning. ? Food was really good and delicious!!! Definitely recommend this place to everyone!!! ? ?? ?

This place is Great right in Misner park at the north west conner by the museum. Strikes has bowing lanes,Billard table's sports bar with big screen televisions so you dont miss any sporting events. Ample seating and plenty of parking in the nearby free garage. Lets bowl. !!!
Came in with a group of 8. Front desk staff was great. Anthony our bartender was fast and drinks were good. The manager Elsa was fun and accommodating. Fun time will come back for sure.
I had a terrible experience. The service on the outside was terrible. No one greeted us to let us know what was being offered outside. When we approached the stand the older man was very rude and didn’t look at us when we asked him what we needed from him. After our IDs were checked we were told to sit anywhere. Once we found a table we waited an additional 10 minutes before being approached. The young server that approached us was rude as well when we asked him for a menu. When we expressed how terrible the service was he rudely walked away and never came back. And the server rudely served us our hookah. And never started our hookah or gave us a tutorial. Will never visit again and will definitely tell others not to do so as well
