Poor customer service over $10.00 meatballs.
Gotta say this is definitely is not the best pizza in Boca if so then there is a big problem. Looked and tasted just like a Domino’s pizza. Drove from west Boynton to try them and was very disappointed with this pizza. Not worth the gas or time to go here. Go somewhere else if you can. Now I know why I avoid Boca like the plague. Tasteless pizza and just downright bad. Gave it a try and never going back again.
Stopped in for a slice and the place is dingy and dirty. The pizza was terrible and so was their attitude. They literally could care less didn't even make eye contact with me. Who would ever go back there?
They never refunded me my money for something I never received. I made an order for $45 and l called back shortly to cancel because I had an emergency with my mom and I wasn’t able to pick up. The girl refused the refund because the food was already in the oven and that I needed to pick up even though I wasn’t able to. In the end, they just kept my money. I feel robbed. It’s a shame because all of my family orders here all the time, after I told all of them about my experience, they stopped coming here. They just lost a whole lot more than just $45. They should have done the right thing and just gave me the refund I was entitled to.
Very disappointed. Ordered a large pizza, ($18) and tipped them cash though we were picking up because I know what it’s like to be in the service industry, was given a small pizza! Didn’t even get upset, though we were starving after eating this very tiny but expensive pie. We called to ask them to rectify the order for the next pizza, not even the current one, and was told by the manager named Tyler, NO. He was extremely rude, and they will never have our business again. Such a shame as they are a local place and have been losing a lot of business.
I don’t usually review good or bad but considering how expensive this place is I have to. We ordered an extra large pie for $28 and the quality was terrible in my opinion. I would rather have dominoes. I know good pizza and this is not it. Should consider taking down the “best pizza in boca” sign on the door.
THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA & EGGPLANT I HAVE EVER FOUND IN SOUTH FLORIDA, IM FROM PHILLY, & THIS IS THE CLOSET TO HOME, IF NOT BETTER, THAT I HAVE FOUND. THANK YOU STELLAS, IF YOU HAVEN’T TRIED THEM, TRY THEM!!!!!!!!!
I had the BEST EXPERIENCE ordering from Stella's.The owner Daniel was friendly and accommodating for my unusually large order and did a great job getting it delivered on time! The driver was kind and helpful and everyone enjoyed the pizzas, salads and garlic rolls!!We will tell all of our friends and order from there again and again!!
