I’m reading a lot of these and a good amount of reviews are directed at the WRONG store.
they are always closed and they also close early. this Starbucks location is the worst I have seen in 10 years .The staff consistently rude, the drinks are always half decent at best
The drinks/service are great and consistent, unfortunately the drive thru situation is a nightmare. I visit this location every morning, due to this being the only Starbucks open in the area, and it’s so stressful. Every morning there are 2-3 separate lines forming and people are waiting 20+ mins just to get cut off from someone coming in through a different entrance. It’s frustrating because they have one sign up and off to the side that does virtually nothing, when cones could easily avoid the mess.
I go this Starbucks almost everday. During my time here one employee stands out exceptionally. Jia's warm, friendly and bubbly personality radiates exceptional kindness and warmth when you go to this Starbucks. Her exceptional customer service makes you feel valued. She takes the time know her customers and to be kind to everyone even while keeping things moving exceptionally fast. Overall a very good team and a pleasant experience.
Quality similar to all others but service has always varied at this location in the past few years depending on who is working. Parking is horrible though. They could definitely use a better spot in the plaza for example.
I waited a long time for my order then I did not get my order complete but I had no time to wait

This store is always sold out of many items. I understand we are in a supply shortage but remove the items from the menu until they are available for purchase.
This Starbucks is amazing the workers are nice and very quick
