I rarely get Starbucks, mostly because I don't like coffee, but I needed a little pick me up and I had some gift cards so I stopped in this Starbucks today. Let me tell you about Kim who was working. I didn't know her before today but if she isn't just a big ray of sunshine. She's absolutely adorable and just radiates good vibes. She was so kind and took time to chat with each person. She left each customer with some very heartfelt positive words. She was exactly what/who I needed in my life today. If Starbucks doesn't know what a gem they have in Kim they better figure it out!! Give this woman a raise!!!
the cashier guy was rlly nice and the drinks came out super fast which was convenient because me and my friend were in a rush the person that made our drinks was Julian he was super nice and rlly good at making the drinks they were so good! Great starbucks to go to!
Avoid on weekends. Barista with a bad attitude on site: she just slams the coffees on counter, assumes you know it’s yours (she’s doesn’t call your name), and then you need to find plenty of napkins to clean your cup b/c it’s spilled over and drips (don’t expect a beverage plug)
I’m very disappointed with the treatment I received at this location. The cashier had an actitud. My drink was made incorrectly 3 times. Very rude, no customer service at all. Not friendly at all. I love Starbucks but so far this is the worst place ever.
Great spot on Boca in a small center. A few options when looking for a kosher food.The Manager here and staff are welcoming and prompt with checking on tables, keeping water full and happy to work.Keep it up.
These guys are amazing, Andi and Jenny are the best. I work long hours and have to wake up early in the morning every weekend. Its very exhuasting but going here really lifts my spirts because of the team. Thank you for making a little difference in my life.
Stopped by for some coffee on a road trip and they had just what I wanted! Had a very pleasant chat with the barista while I got my coffee and the cup of joe was fresh and just what I ordered. Friendly, fast, and an overall nice experience!
