Nastiest, rudest experience EVER!!!1. An employee just came out of the restroom, but denied others from using it. There was an "OUT OF ORDER" sign and the restroom was blocked. The manager and staff conveniently use Covid as an excuse to reduce work and service to customers.2. How can any beverage store not have straws? The person at the register did not bother telling us they were out of straws. For safety purposes, I always prefer use a straw to drink while driving.
I don’t frequent Starbucks to be up front, so when I went and more than half their menu was not available, it was disappointing. I know a lot of places have shortages but the staff member didn’t have the patience to help me with choosing another alternative. They’re always kind but if you don’t know what you want with their already limited menu, get out of the way. At least my dog appreciates the pup cups.
All the workers were complete joys. Sharifya rung us up and from the moment we walked in she was a delight. Highly recommend this Starbucks!
I’ve come here a few times in the past and the workers are always very nice and provide a great experience. There were a few times people paid it forward and my order was taken care of (in the drive thru) and days where I pulled up to pay and the worker saw I was in my work uniform and told me he hoped I had a great day and no customers give me any problems. His comment definitely made my day. I actually look forward to coming to this Starbucks for that reason. Only negative is the parking lot gets pretty crowded and backed up because of the layout. But I do recommend coming to this location
The staff is always polite and nice, but I especially want to give a warm thank you and may you continued to be blessed with MJ she is by far the best when it comes to customer service. She has always made my day (well night). Thank you again MJ. You are great!!
Staff were Un polite and did not say welcome to Starbucks or hello. We waited 8 mins and they finally came and said did you order on online and we said yes and they said the online app is down and it had switched to another store and we waited for them to make it for 20 mins then my mom came in and yelled at them and they finally made it. They had been taking advantage of my friend and I due to our age. We live very close to this Starbucks and have been going here for years which is so sad that we were treated like this. The drinks used to be made in seconds and now 20 minutes. Sadly I wish I could give them 0 stars.:(
This location ALWAYS has a line at the drive-thou. this is not a large location, but gets way too much traffice and causes traffic jams. if you need to order, place it online and then walk in to pick it up... or park your car in the lot nearby, walk in and place your order. they could also use more staff people there working. again, the drive thru is always a huge line of car smoke, smog, and taillights.
Love the location of this Starbucks, drive through line can be a bit long though.
