This shop charges extra for non-dairy alternatives. It’s not fair because I’m lactose intolerant and shouldn’t have to pay more for a condition that most people have. Starbucks makes 20b in profits they can afford to drop the fee for plant based milks.
It's Starbucks. It's Ok but nothing special and the coffee isn't anything special either other than the price. Way overpriced. It's just coffee. Other food items are just mediocre and also overpriced. I'm not sure why so many people come here. Free wifi? Dunkin Dounuts and my Keurig at home makes better coffee.
Great location. Park in the front or go to the right of the drive through. There's always maparking. And fast service
This is your typical starbucks. Parking is a bit difficult since it shares a laundry building next to it. Lost of vehicle traffic as the majority of sales are drive through and this is also the entrance of the walgreens around the corner.
Remade my pistachio latte for free after the first drink attempt was not satisfactory. Happy to report the second drink was amazing!
While I appreciate that they are actually open, my entire order was completely wrong. It was not even close to what was actually ordered through the app. Please make sure staff is trained properly to make drinks.
I ordered ahead as I usually do and got here just in time for my drink to be ready. I walked to the door just for it to be locked with a sign saying “Cafe Closed. Drive-Thru Only.” This was not stated anywhere on the website. I tried to call three times but no one picked up. I waited in the drive thru for over half an hour. Luckily, my drink was ready. I will be taking action to argue for a refund and a gift card of some sort.
Worst Starbucks in town by far - 3rd time ive had to leave because theyre so slow and I cant wait 25 minutes on the way to work, inconsiderate and disorganized, they'll make 20 orders for people who aren't even there yet and ordered after you before they make yours. I have a relative that works at Starbucks and refused to be transferred here because its known what a mismanaged mess this location is.Thanks
If i could give 0 stars i would. Went inside to pick up an order and not only did I not get so much as a greeting when i walked inside but to top things off stood there and was never acknowledged. They literally had my order sitting behind the counter getting cold as I received dirty looks by one employee as she continued to blatantly ignore me. Worst customer service i have ever received at a Starbucks.
I would give them 0 if I could. Waited 30+ minutes in the drive through only to be told to go home. Learn to work
