My 10 yr old grandson and I randomly stopped here for lunch today. Our first time. The food was great! And the staff was attentive & caring. We were even asked about allergies. We definitely plan to return.

Amazing food. Service is always perfect, food is always on point, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Always looking forward to this place with my friends, the Burger / Ribs are exceptionally good!
The family and I came for drinks and an early dinner and we were pleasantly surprised. Even being short staffed we had great service. The wings were delicious. My husband had the ribs and I had a salad. We loved everything. It exceeded our expectations and will definitely be back.
Good service, Good food. I had a Full rack of Baby Back ribs, always very good - Cooked just right. The wife enjoyed a Brisket sandwich. It was a lot of food and she said she enjoyed it very much. The rate drops a tad due to my coleslaw. There's an additional season in it that takes away a little of the goodness that should be there. This is by design, not error, it's what their chef developed.The brown gravy for the mashed potatoes didn't have the bold flavor that it should.So 4 Stars it is, which over all, is still very good. I will be back.
I tried this place a year ago over DoorDash, it was not that great. However, I decided to give it another shot in person this time. It was amazing, I had a drink, pretzel bones, and there pick any 2 meal. The pulled pork and wings were awesome. The potato wedges were okay and the Mac and cheese I had mix feelings about. This place for a chain exceeds my expectation and the waiter was awesome. A little pricy but kinda worth it for the amount of food.
My wife and I stopped here while visiting from northern Wisconsin. My brother lives near here and often wats here. The place was busy but we were still able to get a table immediately. The decor and ambience was relaxed. My wife raved about the tomato soup as well as the berry sangria. I had the grilled shrimp with fries and broccoli. This was also very good but the shrimp could have used more seasoning. The waiter was attentive, helpful and pleasant. Overall eating here was a good experience.
First time at Smokey Bones in a long time. We were seated quickly and our drinks were served real fast. We tried the Bone-Fire Mixed Grill for the first time. It was real neat that they bring an actual bbq-grill to the table. You see the smoke coming off the grill and the food is kept warm while you eat. Everything was very good and our server checked on us multiple times throughout the meal. Restaurant was clean and well kept with very friendly staff. We will definitely return in the future :)
The food was ok, but for BBQ it’s was middle of the road. the waitress was less than friendly and getting her to come back to the table require going back to find her. i wish I could do better but between the exercises, The overall cost of the mean, yes I realize there were seven of us, I’d find a better place to take my out of and in town family to go.
The food was good. Unfortunately, now in the environment that we find ourselves in most places, restaurants do not have adequate staff. Unfortunately I could tell the girl behind the bar who was waiting on me was overwhelmed. She was not engaging and did not really give me that good of service. Perhaps if they had another person on staff there behind the bar I would get something that looked like service. Hard for me to give anyone a tip when I have to keep asking for things when they know that they're there to make sure that I have water and the basics.
